If I could give negative stars it would be-10! This is the WORST CLINIC IN THE PLANET!!! I could get checked in and out in a county hospital emergency room faster. Even with an appointment. They stock me in a room and lady me for two hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND NOBODY IN THE LOBBY. THEY ALL WENT TO LUNCH WITH ME WAITING. This was totally unprofessional and I'm not coming back. It was a follow up appointment. And I'm still waiting.

I came in on a Tuesday at 3:30. After 2.5 hours, I was told that it would be another hour or more. They told me that if I wanted to come back in the morning they could help me quicker. So I left in pain and came back the next morning around 8:15. The ladies checking me in stated that I was a walk out and I'd have to wait. They were very rude and I'm sitting here in pain. Don't come here if you want go service. I have them a 2 star because the nurses were very nice the night I came in.

Absolutely horrible! My husband came in because his job asked him to and no "doctor" could diagnose him. Although he was clearly in pain and uncomfortable they refused to write him a "doctors" note because THEY cannot diagnose him . Also the front desk receptionist was absolutely rude and not friendly at all! You should not work in health care if you do not want to help people !!!If i could rate this place a 0/5 stars i would.

They made sure I understood all tests and shots needed to take my pre employment physical. They were able to work around my crazy schedule. Thankfully that they were 24hrs so I could get a booster shot that they discovered after my blood work came back. All staff members were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They never looked annoyed when answering my questions or any other clients questions.

Receptionist is very nice, I didn't get her name. Very helpful, professional, same with Edward MA that help me with all the process. And I am very grateful for Dr Phan that did my physical, she is very friendly, nice, professional, easy to talk too and very helpful. I am happy with my visit, they are very accommodating, caring and very nice people.

Absolutely worse service, Brought my wife since this is her Workers Comp provider and her issue occurred at work. We arrived around 6:30pm and we're immediately told it would be a 4 hour wait! There were only 5 people here including my wife. They took her in around 7:15 to an exam room and took her blood pressure. She has been waiting there since, it is now almost 9:30 and she still has not been seen. This place is a joke and unfortunately since it's a Work injury we have no choice and they know it! We definitely do not recommend it if you have another option take it. Seriously avoid this place! Absolutely horrendous...Update: 10:00 and they they just went in to tell her a doctor was coming. They have only one doctor on a weekend by himself. Absolutely joke!!!! Still waiting...

It was my first time at Concentra. I went there for a new job medical check. I was told that it will take max 1.5 hr. It took over 4 hrs. I was asked to have a seat and wait for someone to finalize the process with me after I have done the weight lifting check. The girl help me with the weight lifting check was the one who asked me to sit and wait. After about 30 minutes. I went to that girl again and asked her what am I waiting for and I have to go back to work as I took only 2 hours break from work, and she insisted that I wait as it takes them some time to process. I asked her to check what else I need to wait for and she said okay and left and never return for another hour until I decided to go to someone else at the front desk, and I asked what am I waiting for and I explained how was I asked to have a seat and wait, then the other person went and check only to surprise me saying I was good to go long time ago, and that girl kept me waiting for nothing. I was so pissed that I was kept waiting and that girl did not bother checking on me even though I communicated to her that I needed to return to my work. I went out of that clinic so upset and frustrated for the careless treatment I encountered at that clinic. I will definitely communicate to my new employer the bad experience I had with Concentra, and give them an idea of what type of service they are signing for.

I wanted to leave a five star review here because some urgent care places I go to have terrible customer service, incredibly long waiting times, and staff who clearly don’t want to be there. That was not the case at this center and I appreciate the staff here for helping me get in and out for my TB blood test. They made the whole process easy and even without an appointment, I was in and out of there in less than thirty minutes!

If you have a choice DO NOT come here. As someone who has worked in healthcare for the last 10 years I don’t know how this place is still in business. The girls at the front desk are impersonal and rude. I waited an outrageous amount of time for something very straight forward (for context I was in and out of another establishment within 10 minutes for the same thing). I asked to speak with a supervisor, no supervisor ever came out. Once I got to the back they had no idea what they were doing. Save your time and sanity and go to another urgent care.

I went in with a badly cut finger. I told the women who checked me in that I needed to have my ring cut off in order to have it stitched up. I waited nearly two hours to be brought back. I told the nurse when I was brought back I needed to have my ring cut off. Nurse looked at my finger and agreed I would need my ring cut off. It took another 45 minutes for her to come tell me they didn’t have a ring cutter and that I’d have to go to another urgent care or ER. If anyone had listened to me and checked early on (I feel like they should all know if they don’t have one) then I would have not wasted 2.5+ hours. Also, the show/movie they had playing in the lobby was playing loud and it was some cop/PI show with lots of gunfire and fighting. Very triggering and inappropriate for an urgent care waiting room in my opinion. Staff were nice but it was not a good visit.

what should I describe the service they provide?Firstly, they set up the appointment date and time whenever they want. When you ask them, they will tell you if you can not make it, you can reschedule it.Secondly, the some staff yelling to the patient with amazing attitude. Like patient own your pay.Thirdly, they can cancel your appointment and without tell you, if you ask, them would tell you they called but couldn’t leave a voicemail.And another, they definitely over book the appointment and most of the time you have to wait more than 45mins.The ridiculous part is the nurse always said they don’t know why you are here today, they don’t know who set this appointment up. lolLast thing, if you want to waste your time and make your mood badly, please come here frequently

The girl at the front began to help check me in and was abruptly pulled away. When she returned she informed me that they couldn't help me because it wasn't a work related injury and the guy behind her rudely repeated "no urgent care" to me. Anyway, that should be made very clear somewhere as they are literally called an "urgent care."

My recent visit to Concentra Urgent Care was disappointing, to say the least. The wait times were excessively long, with little communication about the delays. The staff is unprofessional to the point where they ignore you or give you false information to get you out of the way.When I finally saw a healthcare provider, it felt rushed, and I didn't get the thorough examination or explanation of my condition that I expected. I was told to call back the next day to get an update on my results and the front desk keeps hanging up on me everytime I call. Overall, my experience at Concentra Urgent Care was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone seeking timely and quality medical attention.
