I got my ring resized and cleaned here, and had a great experience! The person that helped me was really nice and patient answering all my questions. She took great care in assessing my ring when I asked for help smoothing some rough surfaces. The ring was ready during the quoted timeframe, and it fit great and looked really sparkly.

Absolutely AH-MAZING family owned and operated jewelry store!! Ive had several pieces custom designed and hand created by Matt and his team. I cannot say enough good things about the quality, creativity and craftsmanship of all of their work. They are trustworthy on all fronts which is HUGE in all things these days. My wife and I have shopped here for years. The quality of their jewelry and the sales service they provide has been far superior to any other jeweler we have visited. I have taken several pieces of jewelry to be repaired here, and have received amazing customer service on all the pieces. I would highly recommend them, I always have a positive experience with them and trust they will do good work. The staff and owners are wonderful. I do not live close by, but will continue to make the trek here with all of my jewelry!

Free ring cleaning. They replaced my Movado watch repair and welded some metals on my bracelet. Prices aren't cheap nor and service is excellent.

I took in my watch with myriad of problems. To be honest, they tried fixing it for the fourth time. While I should be upset, I was more impressed with the time, effort and most of all the promise they kept to fix it until they get it to work. They were transparent and kept me in the loop. I'm very happy with my watch now and I really appreciated all the effort Bill and the staff put into this project.

AMAZING!! There is absolutely no other place my family has used as their jeweler and there are many reasons why. The customer service is hands-down the best. I asked for engraving to be done and they met us after hours to pick it up because I had a short turnaround! Who does that. When you walk in you feel like family and the customization on all their pieces is exceptional. If you want the best experience with the most reasonable prices for the absolute best quality come here immediately! You won't regret it.
