Store schedule says opened @ 11 a.m., but by 11:15 a.m. doors remained locked, lights off, and no answer after calling the store. Two customers waiting, two customers lost and disappointed.

It was very pleasant to visit this store, and staff are pretty attentive for what they were doing for customers, and they were helpful. It is a good store to visit and purchase Cole Haan's items. Not all Cole Haan is the same as this store in terms of assisting and acknowledging customers.

Terrible attention from Humberto, the store manager, treating the salespeople extremely badly, telling them how many hours they had been working in front of customers.
The most serious thing was that he put another pair of shoes into my account that I had not requested and it wasn't until I got home that I realized, having to return the next day to make the return, and the cashier told me that it wasn't the first time that This man did it.

Andrea, Humberto and Emanuel are excellent customer service oriented. They each took care of our exchanges and went above and beyond to ensure we left their store happy and satisfied customers. This is your store to shop Cole Haan, period!

I have been a long time customer of Cole Haan and had great shopping experience in all stores I went, except this one. Cole Haan has medical professional discount, which is stated in their website, and I have been getting this discount all the time. However, the staff in this store were not aware of that and were very inclined to give the discount, even after showing the website. They did not want to honor it because "we don't know this discount." This is a normal thing at Cole Haan. Staff did give the discount(the right thing to do), but looked very annoyed and threw the receipt to me and sarcastically said "have a good day." Terrible customer service.

I came into return some items. The counter person was emotionless and expressionless. Customer service consists of smiling and greeting. This store provided neither.

We came here based upon word of mouth to check out this brand (although the friend informed their items were purchased at Nordstorms), and we were pleasantly surprised with the on-going deals. If you are a VIP member with Simon Shopping Centers, they offer $50 off a $200.00 deal. Which were able to get 4 pairs for a steal deal when compared to regular prices! Manuel helped us out the first trip and made our first shopping experience here memorable and wanting to come back for our shoe needs. He took the time to check different styles and different sizes and informed us of the way they "wear-in the shoe" for you if needed. Super cool. The clearance section is the section in the back that looks like you shouldn't walk back there because it might be "employee's only" section but don't worry the employees are eager to help you whether you are looking for shoes in the front or in the clearance section. The store is kept clean and the employees are super friendly and welcoming. Todays (2/18/22) visit, the store was advertising deals and was a little more empty than a few weeks ago, probably due to the on-going sales. However, was still assisted in a friendly and welcoming manner in trying to search for a specific style of Cole Haan shoes. We will definitely be back and give them a try if you are looking for business casual or business dressy shoes. They do have belts and other accessories.
