I went to the store - had to wait 15 minutes because staff was slow. Rachel ended up being the server to help me. I ordered my ice cream and told her I had a peanut allergy. She put the scoops down and told me “I'm sorry I cannot mix your ice cream”. I asked her why, she told me they don’t have a stone set up for people with allergies and the best she could do is put my toppings on top. I was annoyed and told her the main reason to eat there is for the ice cream mix. Then I told her that other locations have accommodated me by using a bowl so I didn't see what the problem was and I’ve never had an issue ordering. She told me the best she could do is get my ice cream from the back. I asked for the manager’s name and she was hesitant to give it to me. The look on my face made it clear I was annoyed so Ezra stepped in. He told me he would do the best he could, mix my ice cream in a clean bowl for me. Rachel went to help another customer. A few customers later, Rachel tried to make small talk with me, she turned to me and told me she never heard of Cold Stone making that accommodation. But that point I was already annoyed with her. I asked her what the protocol was for people with allergies and she said she didn't know. I told her that’s concerning since she is an Cold Stone employee she should know the protocol. Ezra made my ice cream . I ordered the gotta love it but he only filled it half way, when I pointed that out, he added more ice cream. That was another observation, when Rachel was making ice cream there was way less than the amount that should have been in the bowl. If the lid is completely clear, clearly there isn’t enough ice cream. You charge customers full price but give half scoops.It was a fluke I was in Old Town and I never use that location, most likely I wont go back.

Poor customer service, the Person at the store started sliding ice creams on the counterHe couldn't get the founders favorite right what is the point of running a franchise that cannot get the signature ice cream right?Didn't mix our ice cream well and left all fudge and ice-cream separate, I have been to many Cold Stone outlets but this certainly is very bad and I wouldn't recommendMy kids and family left with poor experience.

Placed our order 15 min ahead of time and got our items after the people behind me while waiting in line. They didn’t even put straws in for the milkshakes. There were two people working and one was doing tasks that seemed like he was just trying to close quicker while the other one took orders and got customers through the line.

We were standing in line 30 minutes before closing. There were a lot of people so the line was out the door. The large group in line in front of us had just walked into the door and there was not enough room for everyone to stand inside so we kept waiting outside. Just as we were about to walk inside, an employee came and locked the door. It was 9:30 and the business closed at 10, so we knocked on the door to ask why they had locked us out. The employee that came to the door was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn't have a good reason not to serve us besides wanting to close early. We explained we had been outside waiting for close to 10 minutes and he tried to argue with us that we weren't. This is the same employee who had looked out the window a few minutes before and saw us standing in line. To the store manager/owner: this employee needs customer service and a review of your business hours. To the employee: Shame on you for acting the way that you did towards us and refusing us service without a good reason.

Super busy but the guy who helped my family tonight at 8pm was super nice. Even though they were super stressed still have super great customer service from start to finish.

Hit the spot! Life saver lolGreat service. We ordered right before closing (I apologize to the staff working that night). My partner and I ordered Thai food, and he ordered his food spicy. And then the heat was too much for him. So, I jumped on Yelp immediately looking for ice cream to help make the burn stop lol and to help him the next time he went to the bathroom. Sorry if that is too much information. This is the chain of events that led me to order from Cold Stone Creamery lolAnyway, he ordered a "love it" ice cream with Reese's pieces peanut butter cups in it, and I ordered the "like it" with cake batter, cookie dough, and oreos in it. Both were yummy! The ice creams arrived super quick with Uber Eats. Woohoooo saved his butthole from burning lol And I just enjoyed the ice cream because cookie dough and Oreo are my favorite! P.S. This review is not your typical review lol Sorry if this grossed anyone out!

Well this is lame.... Ordered through DoorDash. Got the strawberry shortcake "sundae". 1 small piece of the yellow cake and 1 frozen strawberry shoved on top? Cool.

Buddy's here in the afternoon couldn't make an ice cream cup to save their life, and that's considering all they need is a large spoon and ice cream that's already made. It seem pretty challenging to them to do something pretty simple.

Says it closes at 10pm, but doors were closed at 9:20pm. Staff was cleaning up early.
