i have called this location literally 20 times over the course of 3 weeks, and left multiple voice mails, and have gotten ZERO answers or call backs.

This is a low quality operation. Staff was nice but not knowledgable and not well trained. The only reason these guys are in business is because they cater to HMO insurance policies. They are not set up to provide high quality PT, they are set up to bill out HMO's. Simple as that, no hard feelings but if you are seeking high quality care look elsewhere.

Let me just say that I had the worst experience with Sea Coast PT earlier this afternoon. My mom has been out of the hospital almost two months post colonostomy, with a diagnosis of colon cancer. She is still weak and very debilitated. For the second time in 8 weeks we ran out of supplies needed to care for the stoma, and do not have a prescription to obtain our own supplies, so we are completely at the mercy of Sea Coast. I should mention that my mom has been pulling off her colostomy regularly since day one, mostly at night, and we have been asking for help. I spoke with nurse Jackie 9-10 days before running out of supplies, with a promise that supplies would be delivered this last Friday. On Monday I was contacted by Miriam who orders the supplies so she could help us figure out what we needed as supplies had not been ordered, or delivered, Friday as previously arranged... Awesome service, but we are out of supplies. I asked twice to have Nurse Jackie (primary nurse for mom) call me to find out what happened to the delivery on Friday. Miriam called back later that day to update me on delivery and I asked again if Nurse Jackie would be calling me back. She said she had passed on the message so she should be calling me sometime during the day. The next day Miriam called to tell me the delivery should be made and that we would have online access to track online deliveries. I asked again about Nurse Jackie and she seemed surprised that I had not received a call back. So fast forward to today... Nurse Jackie called today to say that she was on her way and when I told her that I was disappointed that we did not receive supplies on Friday as promised she immediately became somewhat aggressive and said that we should have had plenty. She also said my soon told her we had supplies on hand, never acknowledging that she promised supplies on Friday. When I disagreed and tried to tell her that we had nothing, she flat out told me I was lying and that she would not be over to care for my mom. She eventually hung up Without any resolution. Multiple problems here. 1. Her promise was to me saying we would have supplies on Friday. 2. My son (17 years old) cares for his grandma during the day and has ASD. He is GREAT at tasks, but not great with common sense. I made that VERY clear on the first call to Sea Coast PT. 3. We care for her, and told them with 9-10 days advanced warning that she would be out of supplies. 4. Why cop an attitude? I simply asked a question to try to avoid future problems. Maybe she was having a bad day? From the start, they were slow to respond. We waited almost 2 weeks for her appointments to begin (after 8 in the hospital). Giving credit where credit is due, I will say that intake took place within a few days, but then no scheduled visits. We have asked for resources while trying to figure out how to navigate her elder care and are getting virtually no support. We finally had an ostomy nurse visit us a couple of weeks ago and she was able to leave some samples, but then no follow up on ostomy care from home health. Respite Care has never been addressed, nor has bathing support for end of home health support as requested through Nurse Christians Nurse Jackie. I may be surmising but I think the problem is that she is pulling off her bags and going through one almost every day which is costing them money. Rather than help us, her primary nurse turns a blind eye, calls with a terrible attitude and then tells me she won't see her anymore. Great company of you want inadequate for your loved one.

Ashley and Alex are fantastic. Had some issues with my knee and a meniscus tear. They helped out with exercises and massage that got me back to 100%. Cant say enough about good care and office was very clean and all equipment was clean and new...
