They tried to do the bait and switch on me. Quoted me a price that was middle of the road. Seemed legitimate. When technician arrived they ordered him the "wrong windshield". Not his fault, he went by the order. He let the sales rep know. She called me back then increased the quote $70. Told them to cancel the order as I found other quotes closer to what they originally stated. She laughed, didn't believe me, and put me on hold. She then came back giving me a lower price saying "she understands". I said I still wanted to cancel the order and she hung up on me. The only reason why it is not a 1 star is because the technician. He was friendly and professional. Other auto glass companies that gave similar quotes were My Auto Glass, Majesty Auto Glass, Low Cost Auto Glass. Also where I took my vehicle before that was on the higher end of my quotes and still less than what the second quote was is Broadway Auto Glass.
In response to Citywide: I know there are two "series". I specified and confirmed which "series" I had. This is why it appears to be a bait and switch. I am open to discuss further. What would you like to accomplish in this discussion? Feel free to let me know as well as when you would like to chat.

I was recommended to Citywide Auto Glass by my insurance company, so I called them as soon as I got off the phone with my agent. My agent was correct in that they said Citywide would handle getting everything started. My first encounter was with Athena and she definitely did not disappoint!
She took all of my information and contacted my insurance company, while I was on the phone. All of the arrangements were completed at that time and my appointment made for a few days later. Everyone at the company was pleasant. I was there for less than two hours when my windshield was completed. I paid my bill and left, walked out to my car and the first thing I noticed was a big scratch exactly in front of the drivers side. I touched it to see if it was in fact a scratch and it was! I walked back in to bring it to their attention. Individually, two men both came out and examined it. Both said that they hadn’t seen it and that they had cleaned and checked it out themselves. I don’t know how they could have missed it! It made me feel as though they were trying to pull a fast one over on me as a woman and a senior citizen. Fortunately they offered to fix it, unfortunately I had to wait 4 more days on top of the days I had already waited for the first repair. I asked for some recompense and they only offered to come and pick up my car and redeliver it to me. After some thought about that, I decided that since they tried to send me off with a damaged, newly installed windshield, I didn’t have the confidence to trust that my car would returned undamaged. I was running late and had my spouse take it in for the repair. They were finished in less than an hour! How is that?

City wide auto glass is an amazing business.
Yesterday a sustained a cracked windshild from a rock while driving on the freeway in my brand new vehicle. I was referred to Citywide auto glass by my insurance company.
I called for an Appointment, spoke with Mark, he asked a few questions to determine if my windshield needed to be repaired or replaced and insurance information. I was pleasantly surprised that my repair was scheduled for the same day, the technician was prompt and friendly, he made the repair in minutes.
The customer service I received was top notch from beginning to end. Mark, the manager really helped me in dealing with my insurance claims department, very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Great service provided by Rochelle, office staff, and the service crew. Highly professional and was in and out within the hour of my appt. Would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends

I had a leak into my car so took it back to Citywide thinking it could be the recent windshield installation. The techs were able to determine a clog in the sunroof drain and took the time to clear it. Above and beyond for sure I am very appreciative of their efforts. Customer for life.

Amazing service, great price, and even better people. Martin did a quick and thorough job fixing my windshield and he was very polite! I would definitely recommend Citywide Auto Glass and I also would recommend asking for Martin!

Roman at Citywide came out and did an amazing job replacing my windshield. Got to my place when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in what he was doing. 100% recommend CityWide Auto Glass.

Amazing auto glass repair shop. They confirmed my appointment, arrived at my work on time, and did an amazing job in a timely manner.The other companies I was referred by my insurance carrier both cancelled morning of my apt. They’re all over the TV so don’t use them, use these guys.

Called them to replace my windshield, they were here the next day!!The lady on the phone was very friendly, the installer as well. I had some whistling from wind, they sent someone out right away and took care of it!!!

Sometimes it's not how smoothly every thing goes, but how the company handles issues that do come up. I had to have my windshield replaced because of a rock that fell off a gravel truck and left a large star. Citiwide installed a replacement only to discover that it had a few small scratches in it. They replaced it again and then calibrated the cameras for my adaptive cruise control. I can't say enough good things about these good people.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I wonder about the quality of the windshield of the product Citywide installs, and their questionable warranty. My Citywide purchase cracked right down the middle and I thought, no problem, it's under warranty. The mobile installer (Martin/Helio) came out, looking for a fight from the start, with excuses as to why I wasn't under warranty. Showing me a tiny pin-sized scratch near the crack he emphatically refused to listen to any questions about why such a tiny scratch would cause the entire windshield to crack. When I pointed out a huge dime-size dent in his own company van windshield that didn't spit the whole windshield he stated that it was not the same. Martin ended up charging me more to replace this defective windshield than I had payed nine months ago. I asked him to call his supervisor Mark, who never responded apparently.I've learned my lesson never to trust a Citywide warranty as they seemingly always have an excuse to not honor it, and to not trust a Citywide product that is so fragile a single tick fractures the entire window.
