Doesn't accept cash payments for credit card. Disappointing policy! Absolutely ridiculous. Why have cash deposit machines that will accept cash payments for credit cards with or without the credit card in hand, but not have your tellers accept cash payments at your banks? Garbage policy.

Can they please start accepting cash for credit card payments? A bank that doesn't accept cash baffles me, but I was told Citibank Credit separate from Citibank Bank. When I leave Costco Warehouse to buy Costco gas, I can use the same method of payment, and this makes sense. Recommend some unified branding for Citibank.
