Dude I just needed to use the bathroom. I bank through Citibank for my military travel credit card, and even having shown proof that I'm a client they still insisted that they wouldn't allow me access to the restroom because isn't a "public access restroom." I thought being a client made you no longer public access.

Just awful!our alleged wealth manager Andrea set up our trust as testamentary instead of living even though we handed her the paperwork. We don't even have a testamentary. Now it is causing all sorts of problems for us. Avoid!!

This bank is the only Citibank in downtown La Jolla and I have encountered at least four times, the ATM down for servicing after hours over the past several years. In this case, I had a $9,800 check to deposit. I spoke with the branch manager Vanessa had no idea the ATM was down after hours as I was told they use a "third party to service the ATM's." so they have no idea how many people tried to sue the ATM when it was down. I also noticed that Citibank does not contribute to any non profit in La Jolla. I just closed my account and went down the street to B of A.

Horrible Experience! I tried to deposit $1000 cash in my wife's account and they would not take it! They would take a Debit card or cashiers check deposit but not actually cash! We will be closing our account this week!

Charlene helped me for 2 long hours with my retirement account, asking me to fill out many forms, and promised that my check will be mailed. A month later, the problem is still NOT resolved. No check. What a wasted time. Very poor service.

You cannot find a Business Banking Team that cares less about their clients. The management team turns over every year with more and more incompetence. They do not follow up on requests, and they are impossible to communicate with. This review is specifically for Citibusiness, the tellers are friendly but am over dealing with management. Bye Citibank, you won't be missed.

Charge $10 for a check. $20 for a new checkbook. Had been there for a year and they still had me recorded as a non resident of California. Denied me a basic credit card after banking with them for 9months with a very good annual salary and biweekly paychecks. Also they only open at 10.
