Closest Citibank branch to UCSD and UTC. Excellent customer service. This branch can be very busy. The branch is across the street from the Blue Line Nobel Station.

Great service and great staffs on the bank.I was having some complications in opening bank account but bank helped me a lot.

There seems to be only one account specialist that can help you open a new account :/ so the turnaround time is quite long and you might have to make an appointment and then come back. Parking is not an issue.
