Good morning, sorry, I have a charge for 2,934.96 pesos that was charged to my card and I did not receive any product. The cashier told me that I had not swiped my card. How can you help me return my money? I have called the phone many times but it says that It's busy, I left my information with a very kind lady but I haven't received a call to find out what we can do?

Poor customer service the employees are always on there phones got double changed the girl on the phone refused to tell me her manager hrs to get my money back said that that had some stuff but not returning when I get my Cash back staying to going to the mobile across the street

I arrived to put gas and after I paid I wanted to go to the restrooms and they had a sign out of order and the cashier was like oh there closed due to covid if you wanna go to the restroom you could go to a couple of blocks ahead they have a restroom.
