I walked in to redeem a lottery scratchers winning ticket. Lady said that the lottery closes at 8pm. I told her that all through California, the scratchers lottery does not close until 2am. She still denied me my winnings. The lady next to her (who seemed to be her manager) then elevated her voice to me and said , that’s not true, the lottery is close sir. I just walked away to avoid a confrontation. They obviously have no customer service background. This place is bad.

The night shift is the worst. I wouldn’t recommend. Bathroom is out of service only when certain employees work. I taking my business somewhere else. I wash my car daily and fill up my tank here but not anymore.

I wash my car here every day, fuel up, and buy a drink. However, it seems like the bathroom is always out of service whenever the same employee works at night. This is a promise i will never come back again

Bad service from one at the employees in that store ?????????????????????????????????????? They need to bring them training to all the employees to batter customer service , I can see that is way have bad reviews ❌
