Here we go again. It got much better. But tonight waited 45 minutes for the employee to get off their 30 minute break before giving up. Probably hard to tell time when you're asleep.

I had an unfortunate encounter at Chevron this morning. I visited the store to grab some coffee on September 25, 2023, around 7 a.m. A woman with dark hair addressed me as "sir," despite me being a woman. When I corrected her, she found it amusing and laughed openly. This is unacceptable conduct, especially considering California regulations mandate businesses to honor the pronouns of transgender individuals. I felt openly disrespected and plan to take this matter to the appropriate channels.

My experience at Chevron this morning was far from ideal. I went in for a coffee at about 7 a.m. A staff member with dark hair incorrectly addressed me as "sir." When I corrected her, she responded with laughter. This goes against California's guidelines that stipulate businesses should respect an individual's identified pronouns. I felt disregarded and am considering taking further action.

I came here because I have no gas and very hungry during my travel and they are closed during business hours. So I am forced to wait in my car with my baby because no one is here. It's the only place that has e85 in my area, customer service is horrible, they treat customers here like they don't need anyone in their store to come in. In this case... why have anyone inside treating customers like we are trash.??

Horrible customer service. They actually close the doors on customers during work ours because they don't have enough staff to take over lunch breaks.

Nice and new gas pumps in an easy central location to get in and out of just off the interstate and past an intersection. Was very clean and well-lit at around 10pm when we stopped in for gas. No issues here. Price was around average for the area - we did find some cheaper options once we left but it wasn't a huge difference.

I always come to chevron for my car wash. I like how they have the little shaded area in case you want to wipe down your car more or clean the interior. They used to have vacuum's but they are no longer there. I pay $8 for the ultimate wash. It's card only.
