This place is garbage shouldn't even be considered a extra mile gas station. I understand the type of neighborhood it's located in but the restrooms should be open to the public.

Chevron still manages to keep their bathrooms closed during a pandemic. How people going to wash Covid-19 off their hands? Chevron is part of the problem.

I've only one other time written a bad review. But here's my second. As someone who's in a supervisory position in hospitality, I would want to know if this type of employee worked in my establishment as well.
I just stopped in for a pack of cigarettes. I complimented the cashier's hair color and asked for the pack that I wanted. When they asked me if this was the right one from further away I thought it was and I didn't hear which product they had said because we were both wearing masks. When I go to pay and tell the clerk that it's the other flavor in that brand you made a huge deal of it and said, very condescendingly, "I asked you if you wanted this brand and you said yes!" Then muttered other words under their breath about not refunding or something.
Anyway, I walked out of there disturbed and felt I should let management know.
Visit date/time: 1/21/22 approx 1:20pm.

This place is like any other gas station convenience store. Has all the necessities. Only reason this place is getting this rating is because the inside cashier area was so hot and the cashier reeked of old sweat! But he was really nice though!!

Make sure to ask for and check your receipts. I went in for something to drink and was not given a receipt. I asked for one, the cashier reprinted it and upon looking at the receipt I noticed an extra item added to the # of items that we were charged for, tacking on 80 cents more. When we asked the cashier where the extra charge was coming from he gave some excuse that they may have needed to adjust the prices in the freezer. We let him know we were charged differently for the same item to which he replied “that’s just the machine” so please be aware that according to the cashier their machine may be charging you extra and they can’t explain why.

I wish the vacuum worked. I hate washing my car without vacuuming the interior. Fix the vacuum!

This extra mile is dirtier than other locations I am used to. Especially, The coffee station looks unsanitary with water stains all over the place. Chevron needs to send their QC inspectors to this location.

At this station I had several issues with reading the card. I made a complain about those issues. and I said to the guy at the front desk "hey man ask to responsible person for fixing the problems" instead of listening to me, he rudely said "I am the owner, I don't need to ask"1st of all , learn how to treat with the customers with courtesy then ask the Chevron corporation to fix the problems even if you are manager or whatever. you are responsible for your services.

I would like to say it's nice to have a Chevron nearby just because they've always had quality gas, but I never really come here since they are way overpriced. A gallon here will cost you at least 20-30 cents more than any other gas station in close proximity. Things were better here when they were Valero, even the customer service is a downgrade now. There is a drive thru automated car wash here that I wouldn't recommend but you will save on gas like 10 cents per gallon if you purchase the car wash. I guess since I received a $25 Chevron gift card in my Xmas stocking, it has come in handy to spend on junky snacks, sugar free Red Bull once, and crappy coffee. I still have a few bucks left on it, so at least another visit. One thing they don't have, at least at this location is beer. Or friendly attitudes. My gift card definitely should have been spent sooner.
