Frequent problems with atm and not enough of them. Get modern like other chase branches and put extra atms inside the bank with access by atm card. I've been a chase customer long before I moved to San Diego but this branch is the worst I've ever experienced

Ernesto was very accommodating during the entire process of starting a business checking account. I was given multiple options about savings and credit cards, I came for specific reasons, and all my questions were answered. Bank closed at ten am on a Tuesday for no particular reason. It's January 4th. You've been closed since last Thursday because of the holiday. How are people supposed to pay bills if you're not open. Not everything is as simple as mobile deposit. The $500 limit on your atm is ridiculous. $500 is less than minimum wage for a week. Why on earth is this the biggest financial institution in the world and the street level assistance is non existent?

Was harassed in the parking lot by an employee. Was grabbing a quick coffee before entering the building to withdrawal money. A women (chase employee) started yelling at me from across the parking lot telling me I would be getting towed. Little did she know that I was going into they building after grabbing my coffee for a withdrawal. She made me feel harassed, that I wasn't welcome and made my feel uncomfortable entering the building. She did not know my intentions and assumed I'd be parked there for a long period of time and thought I was not a customer. Very professional.

The parking is awful. They allow the neighbors from the new apartment complex to park there and they have been told several times and refuse to do anything about it.

Great customer service linker ( being sarcastic), guy getting upset because I didn't have any slips from the business ready and I have to explain to you that all are different transactions, and you get upset because you have to write it for me, come on man , you shouldn't be there if you don't have the patience to take care of customers , Ps. This is not my regular chase , was just passing by and needed to make a deposit ,

Terrible customer service. I have banked with chase for over 10 years and have multiple personal, business, and investment accounts with them. I typically go to a chase branch 2-4 times a week but I have now learned to stay FAR away from this branch. Every other chase branch seems to have customer service down except for this one. Absolute joke. When I get treated terrible and ask to speak to a manager to help solve my business banking issue they tell me there is no manager at their branch. They tell me to put my name on some list in the corner and wait for a banker to help me. No one comes to help me while all the bankers are sitting around doing nothing. When someone finally comes to help me they tell me no one is there to help with my issue and to come back tomorrow. This is at 3pm on a Thursday.. why am I being told to come back a different day to literally deposit a simple check into a business account??? I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism at this branch but to make it short and easy save yourself the hassle and go to literally ANY other chase branch then this one.

A sorry excuse for a bank. The manager is not helpful and it was like pulling teeth to verify my account with a social security card and my ID. It's reasons like this why I'm closing my chase account. Pathetic....

First of all I want to say I am not currently banking with Chase. I came to this location to speak in person about opening a credit card. Joey was amazing! He very patiently explained the ins and outs of all the credit cards Chase provides. He was not pushy about making me decide on any one of their services. Joey is a star employee and person at this location. I felt he had my well being and comfort in mind during our meeting today. It's must appreciated!

I will start out by saying I don't have much to say about a bank but one thing I can say for sure is how friendly the staff are; you couldn't ask for an nicer group of people. Access is good but parking is limited. This particular bank has the "Chase Private Client" for those fortunate enough have a lot of coin in this bank. So all in all, I can rate this bank a solid 5 stars.
