Jamal Saad, ASSistant Vice President, is an ineffective problem solver. My husband and I (both account holders for years). I have had accounts for over 40 years. We had an appointment on 4/24 when Chase had a nationwide shutdown. We went to branch. No one called us to reschedule. We booked for today. We had to cancel today. I respectfully called and left a message with him. He returned my call but was unable to reschedule for Saturday as we requested as all of his workers were scheduled with other appointments. I would have expected that he try to find another location for us to visit on Saturday. As an ASSistant Vice President my expectation is for him to solve the problem caused by his company. I told him as such. He got offended, could not take criticism, and could not be bothered to make it right. Instead he told me this complaint would be logged to system wide concerns. He then hung up on me.
I decided his title of ASSistant Vice President is the perfect title for him.

Just As others clients reviews here have reported on this Google opinions….I believe in every single one of their bad experiences on this chase branch at La Jolla village. I as well can confirmed that I have experienced multiple bad treatments at this bank, especially on how they treat their clients… As others clients had reported , I as well on my visits to the bank I have been asked to wait or to make an appointment to be attended , I have been asked to have a seat and wait for minutes even when the bank is empty and tellers and employees aren’t busy with clients and clearly are available…. I had felt ignored seated in the couch and no one even acknowledging me or approaching me to be helped , I as well have left the bank just thinking I just waisted my time again….. This is a clear pattern that I have experience and after reading others clients reviews I just realized This has not just happened to me ….Is absolutely unprofessional of this employees and especially the manager of this bank . I have been a client of chase for almost 20 years and I have been in other branches around San Diego and I have never experienced a bank with such a bad customer service as La Jolla chase bank. I do not understand how this branch hasn’t changed all these years . This is a call to the manager or for an upper level employee of this branch, the bad treatment to clients, ignoring their concerns and just not giving the service they should give to their clients ??? It’s absolutely wrong and disrespectful in all levels . Just do your job for you are getting paid for … is that a lot to ask for??? Is your responsibility as employees of this bank the manager Is the one who should be working to give the attention to every client that steps in the bank … remember that you work there you are not the owner of the bank. I can not understand why this BIG problem at this branch hasn’t changed!?? … has chase bank has not noticed that this branch has serious issues to be solved ?! These employees need to be re-train ,educate or make changes at this branch???? …. Here we are the clients claiming and reporting on bad customer service, bad treatment….on these spot. When these issues and complaints of the clients are going to be heard???? The years have passed and clients have still reporting mistreatment through the years and nothing has changed. This is not only one case there are multiple cases reported by clients only on this space of opinions. The clients reviews exist for a reason…. But it looks like Chase Bank do not care for it’s clients.This makes me distrust of this bank, it’s scary to think what could happen in the worts case scenario, I do not think chase will provide the protection necessary to trust my business with such unprofessionalism . I better starting to consider to do my business at another bank who can provide me protection seriousness and respect. I do not recommend this chase branch at all , just go to another branch to avoid being mistreated or ignored. Do not waist your time.

Seems like they hired a few new teller or interns who have absolutely zero customer service training. Will not help you out and tryna act smart. After denying my requests, they had some attitude as well. They will still do basic standard business but that is IT. Give it 2 stars because I had a good experience with their private client bankers. But that's if you are a private client, Otherwise might as well drive that extra 2 mile to another branch.

Daliya Mansour is the greatest! I locked my account due to a misplaced banking card. She is fast , brilliant, and has an amazing spirit and disposition. Chase is has been will always be the best.

Made a $700 CASH deposit at the inside branch ATM and it malfunctioned, keeping my money and providing me with an 800 number to call.I call, but after an hour couldn't get through. So, I talked to the manager (March 4, 11am). She tells me she can't do anything and the branch is not responsible for any ATM transactions. She does not provide me with any further assistance, not even providing me with a direct number to the claims department.Poor poor customer service, especially from a bank manager. She saw that I was clearly worried and upset about my $700, but couldn't care less. Basically saying it's not her problem and go talk to someone else.What kind of manager does this? Train your staff better Chase Bank! There are many other options out there and you will lose customers to other banks that treat their customer with more empathy, kindness and respect!

Came to the bank at 900am, need to send a wire payment. The teller rep acknowledge then proceed to walk away and spoke with coworker clearly heard just chit chat, its now 9:09 and shewalks by says 'we will help u shortly'. I started making noise of why nobody is working to help customer. Then another rep came and help us. There was nobody else around and why we had to wait for 10 minutes. Can definitely improve on customer service here.

I had an appointment with Jamal Saad, was greeted right away the moment I entered the bank. Waited less than 5 min and Jamal took care of our banking needs. I'm pleased with the service; will definitely coming back. Recommending to make an appointment, it was effortless.

The worst service I've every seen. The concierge has no idea of the problem, then made false promise. I asked to talk to his manager, then the manager told me he only has two minutes. And then just answered all my question with either no or you can come back later.

Chase is trash. I've heard many people give good anecdotes on Chase but that has not been my experience at all. I have so many issues with them, some small and minor, as well as some larger issuesI know a lot of people think Wells Fargo is dinky, but if so, then Chase is even dinkier lol.My Chase app told me to go in person and talk to someone in a branch but when I went to this branch, no one helped me. I came in on a Monday and was told to set up an appointment with a banker for Wednesday. And once he collected my info, he said actually no one would be available to help me until Thursday?!There was one, maybe two, bankers in the building. No customers that I could see. So why weren't they able to help me??? Also my task shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to do. TBH idk why Chase is even making me do it in person, it should be able to be done online, I think they just want to coerce you into signing up for their other services or something. Man maybe I should change careers and be a banker at Chase because they are straight chilling and not doing anything and are able to defer work by over 3 days lol.You'd think Chase would want to make it easy for me and that they'd want my money...

Terrible service!!! Nobody pick up the phone in the branch, I tried to open CD, I arrived 15 minutes before the closing time, the service banker said they can’t do it, we have to call for an appointment.
