Misty is the worst most bitter banker I've ever spoken to. She went out her way to give the worst customer service. Her face is naturally a frown for a reason. No emphathy, if it didn't involve her making money at that moment, no help at all. Unacceptable. Do not do business with her.

NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY.Was given a free safe deposit box for being a veteran when I opened my account at Chase Bank on Navajo road. Now they want to charge me a annual fee for the box and take the money out of my account without my authorization. I talked to the manager who said he was not aware. Ultimately, I had to close the box.SAD DAY FOR A RETIRED VETERAN WHO WAS TREATED POORLY BY CHASE BANK.

atm never works always eats my money or doesn't deposit it. can never grab cash, gives me other peoples receipts.. like i can go on and on i wish i didn't hace to drive 20 minutes to a different chase because this one is the closest to me. obnoxious

My friend went there today at 3:50 pm to open a checking account and the lady in the cubicle could of helped her, but she was more concerned about going home than help my friend open an account. Mt friend decided to open an account at another bank. Chase has very poor customer service. Outrageous!

Recently I was transferring funds from a local credit union account to my Chase account that for whatever reason experienced an untimely delay and put me into a dire situation. In attempts to petition help from Chase Bank 1-800 customer service, I found the Reps seemed unconcerned, appeared to lack basic job training and actually blamed the credit union for the delay, even though the problem was found to ultimately resided with Chase.
Fortunately for me, I found a teller at this local branch who along with her manager did everything they could do to assist me. The two were an amazing dynamic dual of sorts keeping after the matter until fully resolved. To them I am forever grateful for their efforts. They also restored my confidence with Chase Bank.

If you need anything from Chase definitely don't see Misty at this location to top it off she's a manager. Lies to my face about promotions stating there isn't any which clearly I pulled it up in my phone & she got butthurt I called her out on her lies. Just a cheat that's doesn't want to give what you deserve!!

If I could give them a -5, I would do it in a heartbeat!! Terrible service!! Locked my account then restricted it for depositing 2 checks that my sister gave me BEFORE she passed away!! Then I had to call their 1-866- number waiting on the phone for almost 3 hours FOR NOTHING!! They hung up on me!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!ONE MORE THING!! Chase is making me wait 40 days then bring in a death certificate and social security in order to get my funds, IT WAS A GIFT FROM MY SISTER AND THEY ARE MAKING ME WAIT FOR IT!!!?????? We shall see about that!!! Your representative named Carla at the 1-888 number gave me authorization to withdraw MY funds!!!! IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! COLD-HEARTED!!!!

Chase me Away….Terrible customer service, Misty hung up on me. Chase deducted a check from our account that was drawn on another clients account, the machine misread the numbers. Then said it would take two days to put the monies back. It’s theirs mistake. Fix it. Going to another bank. Thanks ChasingMeAway.

Came in today to cash a check given to me by family member, a Chase customer for decades since they opened. Was told it would cost ten dollars, I said that doesn't really make sense as funds are in account and I have my identification, and asked if fee could be waived. Told no and I asked why the fee, does Chase want to give incentive to become a customer? Was told no, they want you to go to your own bank to cash it. That I will do! Love First Republic for great customer service and no fees that don't make sense.

I'm directing my comment specifically for the BRANCH MANAGER AT THE NAVAJO BRANCH. This particular Chase location deserves zero stars. The branch manager is unprofessional and creates a hostile environment. I witnessed her verbally attacking a Chase customer and then falsely accusing him/her. I feel sorry for the employees whom are possibly being verbally abused by the young branch manager. She needs psychological testing. I suggest using empathy and sympathy if you are able to. There will be a day when a Chase customer or a family member will confront you face to face about your attitude and ask you, why are you being so cold? Chase's upper management will notice all the negative comments and will conclude that you need a straight jac I'mket lady!

The supervisor, OUT LOUD FOR ALL TO HEAR, accused me of illegally signing my deceased sister's checks. Making such a false accusation, when I clearly stated signing THE BACK of the checks, goes beyond poor customer service and into the realms of a lawsuit!!! Yesterday, I waited on the phone an hour & a half then as soon as someone talked to me, we got disconnected. I called back and waited another hour and a half, then the robot said, "I'm sorry, please call back, we are now closed etc....." WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!! This is a burger king type of bank. 1-866-893-0745 Carla authorized it and IT WAS RECORDED BUT the Chase supervisor went against that!! This company does not value their customers!!! Do you know why they have free suckers on their table when you walk in? Think about it !!!!
