I have banked with Chase for many years. They've always been great, no issues (not even during the global Microsoft shutdown). This particular transaction was amazing. During our first visit with our foreign currency questions, we were helped by Enrico. He was very kind and helpful. When I went to pick up the foreign currency there was a slight snafoo. Sean Casey helped tremendously! Just like Enrico, he was kind and helpful. He was also very professional, efficient, and fixed our situation with urgency. The entire time he had a smile on his face. Sean's demeanor, patience and problem solving/customer service skills scream Branch Manager at the very least... and if he is not at least Branch Manager, he should be! Thank you so much for your help today!!

Zero stars. It's partially my fault for straying from a local credit union to a big bank. I knew I was dancing with the devil...
Nam Le helped me open a zero-fee balance transfer credit card for debt consolidation. When we met to open the new card, I gave Nam a list of the accounts I needed to transfer, which he read before steering me towards one type of card. This list I gave him had the names of the banks, account numbers and balances. The next day I discovered that one of my existing balances was inelligible to transfer, because it was another Chase account. I went in the following day to talk to Nam about it, and he pretended not to remember our conversation or the list I showed him. He never mentioned that you couldn't consolidate two Chase accounts. In the end, Nam refused to help, denied any responsibility for his failure to disclose Chase policies and showed no sympathy whatsoever.
I closed the card that afternoon and opened one at Citibank with the same no-fee, no interest deal. Their guy didn't lie to me.
AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS.

The door never worked with the Chase card. It has been over a few months. Respectfully, I might not use this specific location any longer.

I went to Chase Mira Mesa to open business bank account for my new LLC. I'm so lucky to meet banker Nam Le here. Within 1 hour, he helped me setup everything for my business included checking account, unlimited credit card, also refer me to good lenders with referring letters from him. At the end, he gifted me lucky money envelopes and new year calender for upcoming Lunar New Year. I hightly recommend their services, especially, it's a pleasure to work with Nam Le. So happy to make the right decision to open my business bank account with Chase.

Just came in to cash 3 checks I’ve been waiting for, was needing it to catch up on bills after moving to California. Cashed the 3 checks get home and only 225 of it is available, I call and they say well with every deposit there’s a 2 day hold, bullllllshit, only deposit I ever had a hold on was taking a picture. Their teller didn’t think to tell me that more than 3/4 of my check is on hold. What a joke.

I had poor service from Nam Le at this branch and he told me to look up online for a service I came to location while no help or no info where to look it up. Been using chase for over 8 years but this branch doesn't step to chase standards.I would recommend this branch to step to upto reputation other chase bank have.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This banks ATM stole $500+ from my card and when I explained what happened they told me call my card company. I tried withdrawing cash and after I was told the payment couldn't be processed on the atm I checked my account again and all the money was gone! Like it dispensed my cash!!!! When it did NOT!! When I asked them if they can check the footage of the time of occurrence to see for sure that no money was ever dispensed they said an investigation needed to be done. Whatever information they gave during that investigation they are making it seem like I received my money... Sooo if you like having your money stolen from you this is the best place to go!!!

I wired money international, they sent it to wrong bank. They currently keep my money and doing noting to return it to my account for tree months now. Horrible service and management

I came here interested in opening a savings account. I am new to Chase and have accounts elsewhere. The place was nice and the people seemed friendly. I spoke with a man named Nam Le. Right from the beginning it seemed like he didn't really want to help and made me feel as if he was doing me a favor by helping me. I then began asking questions in regards to opening an account given my current situation. His responses to my questions left me feeling belittled. He then suggested it would be faster to just do it myself online. Overall, my personal experience was unpleasant so I opened an account that same day at the bank next to it. I hope that you, Nam Le, will treat your other potential customers with dignity and respect in the future and that other people won't have to feel the way I did with you.

The tellers are nice and friendly but takes so long to see one of the reps behind the desk, I think they are Private Client Service. Only one currently staffed today. My parents had been using Chase Bank (previously Washington Mutual and before that Home Savings) but I'm disappointed with them overall and would not recommend. *only staffed w one teller during lunch hour is poor staffing coverage.
