One star is definitely unnecessary! Second run! The manager likes to lie in the living room. When you ask him, you either lack information or they don't have time. I really don't know what he was doing lying there. Why would a bank hire such a manager?

Horrible! The manager refused to open a new account in order to cash the check! Check was named out to two people and both of us were refused to open an account. What kind of bank denies service. Dont go here!! Chase is horrible! I don't recommend!

Typical customer service when not making them any money. My grandmother needs help retitling her accounts with the bank. We initially met with someone there about 2 weeks back. He then called and said that we could not retitle the account bc of some missing paper work. I straightened out the situation with him and he said he would call me back. I tried for 2-3 weeks to call leaving messages. No return call. I ended up calling a different branch that thankfully was helpful. She said that they were short staffed but that was no excuse. A simple phone call with an explanation would have been sufficient.

Joanna and the sharp gentleman in the blue suit behind her were excellent. She was so thoughtful and thorough and helpful beyond my expectations. Gave me options to get what I needed. What a great experience. They even asked about my pin (a pictureof my son in baseball uniform) We talked briefly about sportsmanship and how proud I am of my sons season into playoffs for reasons other than wins and losses. Big ups to them.

I tried to find a way to send a compliment through the Chase website but there was no option available to send a compliment! I've been a Chase customer ever since it was a WaMu and I've got to say, service here just seems to improve by the day. Arnie the branch manager and Clifford the bank teller was sharply dressed and groomed, exuding professionalism, and friendliness. They were prompt and took their time to make sure that my banking needs were taken care of. My most recent visit was one of the best interactions I've had at a bank, let alone, a business. Keep up the great work!

I went to Chase in order to make a cash withdrawl for a purchase of an RV. The staff was prompt and courteous, access to my account(s) was easy and quick with my ID. In and out in under 20 minutes. What a great experience!

I've would of give zero if I could. I went to the bank to close my accounts and it took me 1 hour without any outcome. The banker and her manager had poor knowledge about how to proceed to close the bank account.

Having problems getting a refund to my Chase Visa account. A credit was issued to my original Visa card account. I no longer have that Visa card but I have a Chase Sapphire Reserve Visa card. I've been waiting over a month to get the credit to my Sapphire Reserve Visa account. No resolution in sight! Working with branch manager Chad and hope he can help me get this resolved or I'll cancel my Sapphire Reserve Visa card.

Smaller Chase location. Still has security deposit boxes (unsure if you can get one). Place has the anti-theft glass, makes you feel like you're in the ghetto not an upscale community like Scripps Ranch.
