I had one of the best banking experience here at this location this past Friday. I came in to deposit some checks throw some cash like I normally would. Right when I walked in I was created by two of the bank employees with some of the biggest Smiles I've seen all week. They just really brightened up my day seeing such friendly people. I took my place in line and waited about 10 minutes before I was helped by a very nice lady tell her. She was so nice, we sparked up a conversation that lasted 5 minutes. She was such a joy to talk to and made me laugh and smile. It's been a while since I had such a good experience at a bank. I just had to write a review for that nice lady, I just wish I had caught her name. I've been here a few times and it's always been a nice and pleasant experience. They have a good Ambience here and that helps in taking care of some bank chores.

Awful service! The branch was virtually empty and it took them 30 plus minute to execute a simple transaction. These people have literally no sense of urgency what so ever! To add insult to injury, the associate I worked with didn't even bother to count my change back to me!

The bank is clean and the staff is friendly. Chase bank seems like they really care for their customers. So far so good with chase! I think it would be a wise idea for chase to invest in a coin op machine.

Looking for a place to bank? Do not pick Chase bank in Scripps Ranch by new Vons. I have been doing on line bill pay for several years now with them, it has just come to my attention that a payment from 2019 was not received for our life insurance. When I went to inquire about it to get proof of payment at Chase to submit it to the insurance company. I was informed by Mr. Shaurya Chauhan that after two years online bill payments are purged and they no longer have any access to them to offer proof of payment. I find it amazing that the IRS expects you to keep receipts for seven years but CHASE only keeps records of payments for two. Although I can pull it up on my bank statement to show the money came out of my account, I have no way of proving that CHASE ever sent the money to my insurance company. Now all I can do is file a claim and have them look into it but meanwhile I have to send another payment to the insurance company. I definitely do not recommend on line banking with Chase Bank.

If I'm being honest, I've been able to do most of my banking virtually or at the ATMs so I haven't stepped foot into a bank in awhile. But every year around Lunar New Year, I always have to head in because I need to get red envelopes ("lai see") & nice clean bills to give out. I know what you're thinking, and yes, it IS an expensive holiday (unless you're single/unmarried/young)! This year, a lot of Chase banks seemed to be all out of their red envelopes by mid January. I guess it was because LNY fell on Feb 1st this year, which is pretty early. This branch was the only Chase in the area which still had red envelopes & were nice enough to hold onto a pack for me! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! My experience asking for clean bills was great, thanks to David. He told me they didn't have any shipments of new bills in the denominations I wanted, but said if there were any in bad condition, he would try to swap them out for me...and that's what he did! Really nice guy & very helpful! Made the experience so pleasant. Great branch!

Their staff is always friendly and helpful. As much as it’s possible, I enjoy going to this branch for help when I need it. I generally use their online banking, but it’s nice to see their smiling faces when I go to the branch. I am a happy Chase Bank customer.

This branch has ruined my Christmas I deposited a paper check from my jobs payroll (that usually gets direct deposited) on the 20th and that check hasn't been released yet. They are holding it until the 2nd of January even though it has been verified by B of A as being a good payroll check. The account is now way negative and being charged fees and like I said they have ruined my Christmas.

My new favorite bank! It's on a quieter corner of the Vons shopping center, so parking is very convenient and easy. They have an ATM right out front for quick deposits/withdrawals. Very friendly and outgoing staff. Ian is an absolute delight, plus he's very helpful. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The bank itself has usually been nice but there was a woman who is very rude to us when we tried to open another account. Her name starts with CHE’. If you get her I recommend going back another day

So I have used this branch to cash my check for over a year now, I walk in every Friday morning and they are familiar with my presence say hi very friendly, I renewed my drivers license late in August and have continued to cash my check the last 4 weeks until today when the supervisor came over and stated that they don't take the expired licenses/renewal sheet given to me as a temporary license by the dmv together even though they have been doin it for the last 4 weeks, irritated and frustrated I left the branch and went to another branch a few hours later where the supervisor was talking to the same supervisor on the phone from this branch, double checking everything all was legal on my part but the bank wanted it staples together in order to cash it, stapled complete, dumbest thing ever, I will not walk into this branch ever again, bye chase on Scripps poway parkway
