Went in to sort out a security issue. A banker called Robert J greeted us from his desk as we walked through the door and sat us down right away. We got on the phone with the relevant department, and he was kind and lighthearted throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. I’m so thankful for his help and my issue was resolved promptly. Excellent service.

the teller named russell is always rude to me when i come in. i try to be very polite to him because i understand working can be stressful but he doesnt seem to like to help anyone out. he threw the papers at me instead of sliding them through the slot gently, he talks to me in a condescending tone and always seems to hate helping me. the other people who work there are always nice but hes always disrespectful. he was super nice to other people but to me he’s always rude. he treats me as if I’M the one who’s rude. i try really hard to give people the benefit of the doubt but when he’s being kind to other customers in front of me but rude to me its very hard to feel bad him. i would give this guy 0 stars if it would let me.

Truly the best experience ever w Robert Jahelka. End of day Friday and I came in with a BIG ask to set up 6 business accounts and he set them up quickly with a smile on his face. Never have I had that experience at a bank before.

I noticed alot of poor comments especially on one particular person & I absolutely agree! He's the one sitting down & NEVER SMILE! I dont know why he's still working. He's very UNPLEASANT UNFRIENDLY...why is he up front providing "customer service"???

Today I walked in to do a transaction, granted this is not my local bank.The clerk was seated who assisted Russell was the leat friendliest person I have encountered in any bank. He 2ax short and abrupt and not interested in me as a customer at all. He did not acknowledge me, barely spoke and when I asked for confirmation of the acct, his response was, "Yeah sure. "Yeah, sure I wouldn't return to this Chase ever.

Worst branch. The drive thru ATM is regularly broken and no one thinks to put up a sign or anything. They Just let you sit in a line of 20 cars. Horrible

today I visited the chase bank again to apply for a business credit card and like always I ask for Sean Casey to help me out which he did and I got my approval after I unlocked my credit and received a generous limit Sean Casey is a big reason for my loyalty to chase bank. thank you Sean

This is the best chase branch. Today I went to three chase branches. Two branches are close to my home. Del Mar heights road branch need me wait 1 hour and one of Via de la valle branch banker was so rude. So I drove to Carmel Mountain Branch, and I thought this will be my last time to be chase client. I am so happy to meet Mr. Casey. He solved all my problems. Great job!!!

Long-standing business customer with the bank. Went into get a cashiers check today. Teller was sitting on his seat - he was curt and not very responsive - you could get a sense that he was not in anyway respectful or exhibiting any level of kindness or courtesy in his customer service. Could be that he’s having a bad day. After the transaction which was not very pleasant, I finished it off by saying thank you and he responded with an apathetic ‘all right ’. Haven’t experienced this before at this bank.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. One certain teller and one manager don't give one .... about your needs. Would definitely avoid this Carmel Mountain Ranch branch. Corporate will be contacted. Just a heads up to all you Chase customers

Enough is enough!! No more this branch. Both employees and Manger on duty racial profile you. I had a wire transfer in. Funds were available but they would not release them. Giving non-sense excuse. Asked me to come back the next day. I went to the Sorrento valley branch the right way. They said, funds are available and wire transfer funds are instant. They were able to give me all the funds. And said They will talk to the Carmel valley branch to educate them. This was not one time. It happened before for check deposit. When another branch was happy to help. They always do such a thing if you are certain racial background!!

I opened a new checking account recently and went in to change my pin for my debit card and make my first deposit. Sean Casey the branch manager approached me as I entered the branch and assisted me with my transactions. He was super friendly and helpful. At a time when everyone is stressed out or on auto-pilot, it’s nice to have a friendly person to chat with while you’re getting things done. I worked in banking many moons ago and it’s also nice to see a branch manager helping customers out for efficient transactions, that’s reliable service! Thank you!
