Not all bank visits are equal, and most of the time they are a pain. My experience at this branch was the exact opposite. I had an extremely extremely positive experience with Grace. She assisted my with business needs and even called later in the day to check in to make sure everything was processed. Truly appreciate her help!!!

Never usually a wait for a teller. The entrance machines don't seem to want to take a credit card cash payment. But the machine in the inside lobby works well.

Waste of time - bankers sitting at their desks not assisting with the customer line - wait 15 mins to get to an associate banker, Dan, who then tells me I need a banker in order to complete my task in which “they’re busy” and it would be an hour wait. Called prior and was told I wouldn’t need an appt and to just show up. Disregard the bankers sitting there without assisting anyone.

The big manager lady is rude and not helpful at all went to cash a check I was given and they told me they can’t cash it cause the internet isn’t working and to go to another branch. Wasted my time for an hour

Went in to make a deposit and both of the ATMs couldn't accept deposits. Been seeing this very commonly at several chase locations. Is it that hard to have working ATMs?

Terrible customer services hold times can be hours and the outsource to centers half way around the world that are difficult to understand, and have no abilities to help with anything.

I came into this location without an appointment. I had just had a large amount of money stolen directly out of my account and needed to close the account quickly so more would not be takin. It was lunch time and they were short on employees. The branch Manager Andrea was helping with the tellers. When I told her my story she stopped doing what she was doing and immediately helped. We closed my account and opened another one to stop any further theft. Usually you need an appointment but she knew I had to get this done quickly. She was amazing, helped me in and out in like 20 minutes. If you need a great place to bank see Andrea she will make you happy you met her. Thanks so much.

I came first to Chase Balboa branch and unfortunately that branch did not help me at all! Chase is the first bank I ever trusted and I refused to make the Chase Balboa branch lose my trust to this bank.I came to this branch for a meeting with Noah. He accommodated me even if he has appointments with other clients that day. He made an extra effort to help me. I wish you more success Noah and hopefully you be an asset to the company.Kudos also to the Chase Facebook Financial Service page for their quick action on my issue.I am a grateful client and please continue helping clients who are victims of fraudulent charges no matter how small the amount is.

They made mistake on my son's account number and my son couldn't receive wire transfer for a long time until we figured out what happened. I can't believe banks make mistakes on basic numbers.

I came here over the weekend to apply for my Chase Business Credit Card. There were few employees here, so I have to wait a long time. At the end, my application couldn’t be done since one of the specialists who was in charge of the business credit was missing. Therefore, I switched to a different Chase agent in Baboa Ave, which is better!
