This review is about Chase bank not the location I would not recomend this bank to anyone ACH and electronic deposits take alot longer to post than the industry standard. I usually have to wait 5 days for electronic deposits while other banks usually are the same day or NLT 2 days. But when they take money out of your account its immediate. Customer service is always a struggle to get someone on the line

Chase SUCKS. I deposited a fairly large check from another chase account and they froze all of my accounts. It took 45 minutes in the branch location working with a bank teller to get it cleared up, at which time I was told by both the teller and the call center that there was no reason the check should have caused the accounts to be frozen. Although it is frustrating to spend the switch time, I thought that my problems have been resolved. Yesterday I found out that some of my payments that were pending at the time didn't go through, and now my car insurance company will not accept payments from this bank anymore. I've never even had a late payment with them but they said the account being frozen causes them to refuse that account. I can't pay my bill now, I've spent hours trying to unravel this, and when I called into Chase to see if there was anything they could do to help or provide me with any kind of compensation for my trouble, I was informed there's nothing they can do. Chase Bank cause a huge issue for me, it's causing me to waste lots of time and added stress. They don't deserve my business and I will be looking for a new bank. I had always been happy with them until now but this whole situation has proved that they don't value my business.

I had a complex matter to discuss with Chase so I decided to go in person to a local branch. I chose this one because of its excellent Yelp reviews. Thank you fellow Yelpers! Mariana Villegas, Officer and Relationship Banker, worked with me. She is outstanding. My situation involved nuances and complexities and Mariana handled it all like a pro. She knew exactly what questions to ask. She carefully confirmed my identity in more than one way. She knew exactly which department to talk to within Chase and she got through to them immediately. She asked the relevant department questions that I hadn't thought of, including the time frame for how long it would take to process my request. Mariana is extremely professional. She has that fine balance of being excellent at the financial fundamentals of her job, and making Chase's clients and customers feel right at ease. Money can be a private subject, but Mariana's relationship management skills are so stellar that she'll put you right at ease. I strongly recommend this Chase Bank branch at the intersection of Ruffin and Clairemont Mesa. In particular I recommend banking with Mariana.

If I could leave less than one star. I would. And not to be spiteful but because I’ve never in my entire life heard of a bank unable to provide a bank verification letter on-site. But rather told I needed to provide the letter for them to then send to back office to sign and then mail to me… this is tip go the iceberg on the service provided by this branch. The rant could continue but will stick to simplicity.Please avoid this bank if you have the option or opportunity to.

I would expect Chase to be interested in me opening a business checking account but the VIP Private Client lady shooed me out the door requesting i do it online. I owe at least 44k to chase. I owe at least 6k to chase. I owe at least another 2k to Chase. I've been in South America and abroad for 18 months. My business will be back together anyway shortly. I just apparently can't do it with her. I'll try downtown. Maybe the water is better quality than in her cubicle. Just caught her on a bad day like busy on TikTok bad.hahahha

Avoid this financial institution by any means I'm not a customer however I had a check for Shea P Chase bank for $580 the lady's about ready to cash my check she looks on her computer and says that the check is over the limit that doesn't make any sense to me the check is over the limit the confusion went on and on and she stated that I will be charge five dollars with this bank charges you fees and doesn't even cash my check The only reason why I give this bank to stars is because the teller was beautiful otherwise Chase Bank will get one star from me again I don't understand a check that it says Chase JP Morgan and you can't cash it no way in hell I'm going back to this bank ever ever again thank you
