Bank customer service is amazing.
What isnt amazing is the person outside saying we cant park there.
I went to the bank to withdraw cash then went across the street to order food.
She told me twice i cant park there. Once when i went into the bank. Again when i went across the street to order food.

Called ahead and was told that I could cash in my bonds. When I arrived, I was told that I cannot and that I have to mail them and wait 6-8 weeks for them to be converted electronically to cash them out. I am closing my account with Chase due to this. How ridiculous that they will leave their customers out to dry.

Deposited a check here, was told it would be on hold for 6 days, the day comes around for it to be available and still don’t see it. I talk to customer service and they say oh no it was available the same day I deposited it, which it wasn’t because I checked everyday. So my check and money is just gone I guess… worst bank and customer service ever.

I didn’t expect this from a perfectly on the counter not professional in the whole world how did this place get first place and one in the whole world for being the best bank I just tried to come in and open my account up again and this failed me so hard. This was and most definitely will be the worst experience ever while a teller was talking to the security for 20 mins saying to me I would have to make an appointment to see someone when someone could of just say hold on a second we will work will you today sir. But no I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to open here for the banking. Go elsewhere

Getting quarters here for my business is an awful experience. Every time I try to call in advance and press 5 to speak to this branch, nobody answers the phone. I'm forced to then wait in the lobby for 30+ minutes and have them act like it's a huge hassle because they need to go into the vault.In spite of the fact that it's located close to where I live, I hope this branch closes. It would be justice.

I just spent the past 45 minutes with my neighbors in their late 80's. They wanted to speak to a local rep in the Pacific Beach office. They have no local numbers to speak to anyone. I thought they were pulling my leg when they said they had tried...so I went to their place and also tried and it was true. I told them we need to close out all their accounts. CHASE does NOT have a local phone and cannot answer phone calls. We even sent emails. NO RESPONSE. They are switching all their accounts to Wells Fargo. That is a bank with real people onsite!

This branch used to be great. When I moved to San Diego in 2016 and for the next 3 years they were responsive helpful and available. Starting sometime around COVID when they closed for a while it just went way downhill. Now no one answers calls ever, I've only have one return phone call from many voice messages left. The people there are very nice but they're ineffective. They have no power It's just the structure of Chase now, even when they understand and agree that whatever needs to be done should be simpler or easy, there's nobody to talk to and they just knuckle under to policy. I've always liked Chase even though of course it's a huge conglomerate, it's the best of the big boys, But that doesn't make it good.

Phenomenal team at the PB branch of Chase! I don't normally rate banks, but I had such a good experience that I felt compelled. I rushed to the bank today due to an issue preventing deposits. Needless to say, I was very upset. Dane Farguson did not hesitate to help me, moving around his schedule to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed quickly. In less than an hour, my account was fixed and my problems were solved!

A bank in a developing nation is more reliable than this ghetto branch that appears to always be closed without notice and broken ATM's with long lines of frustrated people.How does a branch just completely close during a workweek?! We regret opening a business checkings account here at this branch and the whole Chase ecosystem has been ineffective and a PITA to deal with because everytime I call the call center or go to another bank they always say "You need to go to your branch and talk to the person who opened your account" well newsflash, I can't get a hold of them and the branch has been closed for days.This bank gives me major SVB vibes. Don't open an account here and made a mistake like we did.
