Bank customer service is amazing. What isnt amazing is the person outside saying we cant park there. I went to the bank to withdraw cash then went across the street to order food. She told me twice i cant park there. Once when i went into the bank. Again when i went across the street to order food.

Called ahead and was told that I could cash in my bonds. When I arrived, I was told that I cannot and that I have to mail them and wait 6-8 weeks for them to be converted electronically to cash them out. I am closing my account with Chase due to this. How ridiculous that they will leave their customers out to dry.
