I’m sad to put this banks reputation here but after 2 times that this has happened when I use the ATM drive through and I deposit over 710 in cash and then I get a receipt with no record of my cash deposit !!
Unhappy with this incident now I have to stress out and make a trip into the bank which I don’t like to do and the inconvenience of it all !
What is wrong with this new ATM and not giving me my print out receipt .
I will raise hell now in person .
Be very careful what you deposit
My hard earned money is nothing to joke about.
Chase ! Get it together I won’t let you rip me off.

They do not call when they say they will. No one answers the phone at the branch and then they hang up after a recording telling you no one is available. Find a real bank.

I filed a claims with Chase because Brooks Pest control took $175.00 from my account after I cancelled them for not doing anything at my house. My first claim was for $104 they took from my account after I cancelled the same day they came to my house and stuck some sticky traps without doing an inspection. I disputed the charge and Chase reimbursed me and Brooks admitted it was an error and acknowledge i did cancel. Then a few months later another charge appeared on my statement for 175.00 from Brooks. I called them and was told I had to pay for the discount they gave me on the first visit since I cancelled. I told Chase they put the $175 back into m account. After 2 months it was reversed by Chase and taken back out. I immediately called Chase they told me that Brooks provided proof that I got serviced by them after I cancelled. I told the claims worker that I never askwd them to come out and service my house and Im not paying them for something I didnt want from them. I submitted text messages to Chase showi g them I cancelled. I was told 3 - 5 business days they would call me back. I never received one phone call. I had to call them back and was told that the investigation dept is looking over my claims and would get to me on Wednesday. I didnt get that call from Chase I had to call them on Friday. I talk to someone that said if i submitted something from another exterminater that i paid for and showing i still had a problem they would reopen my claim . I got that paperwork and submitted to Chase and after a week of waiting I call back again to find out tje status of my claim . I was told I needed to speak to a supervisor and without no explanation she said Brooks submitted valid proof that I received service. There was nothing i could say to this supervisor to prove they were lying. All the text messages with me cancelling, the document stating I hired another company Chase closing my previous claim with Brook taking the unauthorized $104. was good enough to prove that i didnt authorize the payment. I couldnt believe that they gave my money to this company that did zero work at my house and felt that they are entitled to get paid for doing nothing. I intend to fight this with Chase they had no right giving them any payment after i cancelled. If i cant trust my bank to believe what i say to be true. How can I trust them to watch over my money.

Tellers are great! Lady manager is a pain to deal with. I've had 2 separate issues where I had to go to corporate, where they solved the problems. She likes to "pass the buck". I would seriously consider going to another branch to avoid her.

So I've been going to this bank for awhile. This new lady just started (I think she's Russian) normally I will bring my paycheck and deposit some and take the rest in cash. They have always done it like that; they will deposit the amount I want and give me the cash amount I want. This lady now forces me to deposit my entire check and pull the money out after. She's the only one who does it and when I ask her not to do it like that she tells me that's the only possible way to do it; idk if she doesn't know how to do her job effectively or something but it sketches me out anytime I have to cash my check with her...

Crunched in time and had to make a transaction. Can't remember the name of the teller but please next time be more helpful. Her attitude sucks. She was useless.

I was taking a cashier's check, and the clerk asked me why I need to take out the money. I told her because I need it. She spends 15 minutes being silent and typing something. Then asks me who should the cashier's check be made out to. I asked to put my name on it. She abruptly stops what she is doing, turns her torso onto to me and explains that if I lose the cashier's check then it's like losing cash and cannot be recovered (which is true). I said I understand, and she asks me again what I will do with the money. I said I'm going to spend it. She spends another 20 minutes typing something then realizes she didn't connect some device to help her complete the transaction. Calls for help. I started to worry thinking there is something wrong with my account, or theft from my account. But instead of telling me that she had a problem with her machine and give her time to troubleshoot, she kept being weirdly silent and asking me the same question that she had no business asking me. Please educate your staff on how to properly engage with your clients. Clients who invested not just their money but their time. I don't have all day to answer unnecessary irrelevant questions like this. All they need to worry about is completing the transaction, and not make the customer uncomfortable. What I do with my money is none of her business. Or anyone else's for that matter. If you can't give me the client experience that I deserve, then you have no right to keep my money and play with it. So I am slowing making arrangements to switch banks. You have not proven yourself worthy of my time or money.

No stars would be better. Do not bank with Chase. Worst experience ever. Trying to open an account is a nightmare. It's been a month now since I have been waiting for my account to work. And now it is restricted and is closing in 10 days. I have to wait 10days to send me a check, so what bullshit is this. They're customer service is horrible over the phone. They have no idea what they are doing. And they are rude horrible people. Never bank at Chase, ever.

Read reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. Please save yourself the headache and time and bank literally anywhere else. Wow. So unfortunate they run the establishment in such a way that doesn't value it's customers.

BANK ANYWHERE EXCEPT CHASE. Please please please go to a credit union instead. Go to Navy Federal Credit Union. Anywhere else. Just stay away from Chase. I cannot stress this enough. Google "Chase Reddit reviews" and you will see so many horror stories. Not sure if he was the manager but whoever Ali was, was rude and unhelpful, and insinuated we were committing fraud. We deposited a large check. Chase THOUGHT it was fraud, froze, and closed the entire account without notice-- including funds from a direct deposit (funds not even associated with the check). So there was zero access to any money, including being able to pay bills. The check was on hold for three weeks. The check had already cleared, but they CONTINUED to hold the check. And then finally they SENT US THE FUNDS VIA UPS ANYWAY BECAUSE, GUESS WHAT, IT WASN'T FRAUD. In addition, every time we called to check the status of the account and what was going on, everyone gave us different answers. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence in a bank. I will ensure to advise all of my friends, family, and anyone else any time the topic comes up, to NOT bank with Chase.

Teller expected me to deposit over 500 bills at the atm and the atm doesn't even work well enough to deposit that many bills and it's extremely time consuming and inconvenient. Never had a problem anywhere else

Terrible experience this bank always has a long line and no tellers working. Came here on my lunch break and ended up waiting 30 min just to withdraw some cash
