Probably the worst Chase location that I have encountered over the last 25+ years. Front staff appear disinterested/unhappy/disengaged personalities. Noticed that across several windows they were barking (curt, rude) at/to customers. Staff seemed annoyed with even the most basic of requests. Would strongly suggest NOT WASTING your energy here and go to another location. Disappointed to say the least.

The walkup ATM at the Chase bank at The Grove shopping center was out of order on Friday 4/12/24, but there was no sign put on the machine as a courtesy to Chase customers. I saw several customer's wasting time putting their ATM cards in the machine. It didn't say that it was out of service until you actually put your card in. Evidently the manager here isn't concerned about saving customers the inconvenience by simply taping a note on the screen.

I had a phone appointment scheduled that I had to leave work early and be available for, they never called. After I spoke with someone when I called an hour later they told me they were too busy that day. Good on Chase taking great care of your customers and respecting our time. Definitely closing my account and banking elsewhere.

I came to this bank branch and customer service was horrible. First they told me I didn't have an appointment which was nonsense because I made it on line and got a confirmation. The banker was a total bone head and wanted to argue with me banks should have better service to people. After reading this branches review clearly Chase needs to train the service members better. Go to mission Fed the customer service is way better .I should have known better when chase parking lot only had 3 cars and mission fed was packed.

Walked into the bank and all the tailors were waving to assist which was great! I ended up walking to Taylor, he seemed nice and friendly. I have 3 accounts joint , personal and business accounts with chase. I had 3 separate checks, one personal and two business checks the business checks, one had my name and the other had the business however I deposit these checks in my account often as I’m a IHSS worker and these are state checks. Taylor need to get assistance from his coworkers on if he could deposit a check that has my personal name and business name in my personal account. No problem there! He then informed me they are placing a hold on the check I questioned it but still processed the check! Now his attitude changed and he wasn’t so friendly and seemed very annoyed with me questioning him. I then tell him to deposit the business checks in my business account, I had already signed both checks he then tells me to write my business name on the back of the check! I told him why I never had to do this before and he pushes the check towards me and I look at him like, you no what sure, whatever at this point he then says we’ll you don’t have to a snatches the check back towards him rudely! He then says anything else I’m like no he then pushes the receipt towards me. I pick up and say thank you, he turns his heads and starts talking mess about me to his coworkers!! I then say have a great day and he notices I’m still there and he says you to! Like if your in a customer service position you should be overly friendly and not get frustrated or annoyed when a regular customer doesn’t understand if it’s been a policy change etc!! Taylor needs customers service training and learn how to control his emotions when he gets a challenging customer. Good customer service goes a long way! At least wait till I’m out your face to talk mess! Retrain your employees Chase!

I have banking with Chase for about 15 years and do most of my banking online . But when I go in the bank branch , everyone is always helpful and friendly . I was pleased when the bought my mortgage loan .
