I just popped in for a simple deposit for my dad. This place used to be my bank when it was Washington Mutual. The inside has been updated, Sublime was playing on the speakers, and the staff was friendly and young. (Or I'm getting old. WaMu employees were on the mature end.) What else can I say? It was a simple deposit. Oh! Christian, who was greeting people as they came in, saw me waiting at the front of the line. Rather than make me wait, he opened up one of the teller windows. That was nice. Not bad for a bank visit!

Aparently they didn't want new business.Staff were rude. Took 20 minutes waiting just to get acknowledged. Was looking to deposit $100k into a new account but couldn't get the time of day despite them not being all too busy.Only 1 actual banker who had zero availability apsrently for 2 weeks.Tellers had no information and were unhelpful. Strange experience will tale.my business elsewhere

Poor customer service Rude and would not cash check from chase as I was not a customer. Which is irrelevant and the lie she used to dismiss me which you will see in the video In the video chase teller in the video who's name tag is clearly visible would not cash check that she stated signature didn't match however when I called the company that issued check she quickly got defensive and said nothings wrong with check however she won't cash it and go to my bank when asking why which I had no issue paying fee as I had in the past she was extremely rude and if lying is what it takes to be employeed and retain or gain new customers it's not the employee in the video that's gonna assist and the person was training so she is training employees to lie and dismiss no members

While I have had a problem with the corporate chase (but surprisingly not directly chase fault)This branch has been amazingly helpful and patient with me and I would not have been able to solve my problems without the help of the workers at this specific branch.

Apparently when a bank wants to FIRE YOU AS A CUSTOMER, as this branch did to me today, it "locks your accounts", DOES NOT TELL YOU WHY THAT OCCURRED, and states they only way you can get your money is to CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS (regardless of how long you have been an account holder for-13.25 years in my case). The so-called "teller" could not get a reason for the accounts "lockout", and was only able to give me my money, since I had to CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS IN ORDER TO GET IT FROM BOTH ACCOUNTS! If ever there was a bank in need of a good massive armed robbery, it is this one! Any bank that FIRES a long-term customer has NO BUSINESS BEING IN BUSINESS, and deserves to get ROBBED AND THEN SUED OUT OF BUSINESS!

although I receive a fair service from some of the staff , their privet clients account staff socks , they are neve available . I had a very bad experience with the financial adviser.

This place doesn't have bankers available unless you have an appointment now. I'm thinking I should close my business account here. Low speed and treat you like they are doing you a favor by helping you.

I was treated very nicely even though I was a newly arrived foreign student. They helped me open new bank account without requesting to pay monthly commission and few months later they approved me for their one of the best free credit cards. 5/5
