My experience at chase in ocean beach was fantastic; I was looking to open an account for my business and was able to meet with Scott the same day! Scott made everything seamless and in less than an hour I was able to get everything set up for my business needs!

Walk up ATM is useless. Haven't been able to get$$ out of it last 5 times I've been there. Inside one works great.

The kind of experience where you wish there was an option of 0 star rating. How many months, bank visits and customer support calls can a bank possibly need to clear a credit card? My experience included 2, 4 and 10 in the order, still no credit card

Been going here for years (over 10) and never had a bad experience inside. Outside, ATMs always worked for me, even at 3am.

80% of the time I try to deposit cash in the drive thru ATM it's down. Don't waste your time.

Bank is open more than other locations in the area, which is helpful for all! Staff are cordial, parking can be challenging at times.

Worst Chase branch I have ever been to in 10 years. I was 1st in line, 2 Windows, 4 employees. They told me to wait for a second and not 1 of the 4 helped me. It was a disgraceful experience in terms of customer service. Finally, as I was leaving 1 of them walked by and conveniently said, 'we are ready to help you now.'I explained that this was very poor customer service and management, and she just blew me off completely. Ignored me, the customer. Whoever oversees Chase Branch location should take a look at the incompetent operation the Ocean Beach branch is running and inquire why the management does not value customers.

Awesome bank! Brittany was so kind and cool when I came in to make a deposit I had to come back to open an account because I was searching for a physical bank since I've been with USAA for years. They show appreciation to active duty military and veterans which was a huge bonus! Natasha provides excellent customer service and made opening a new banking account a breeze! I'm excited to work with my new bank! I also chose a Darth Vader debit card which was so sweet to personalize my card with no charge!

Arian went above and beyond for me, I had received payment for a vehicle I sold through Navy Federal, the amount was going to take 14 days to appear on my account but it didn't Arian went ahead and took me i'm not appointment, even though he was about to go in a lunch break called Navy Federal they didn't get back to him so he gave me his personal number and said he would call me a** soon as the problem was resolved, a day later I get a call from him and the money appeared in my account. Even though Chase is a big bank it's nice to know that they still have employees who will go above and to solve a problem for you when they could easily tell you to keep calling through the phone line just to have some person in India tell you that your money's not available and there's nothing they can do.
