Haven’t been back to this location in a while but I would be from now! They don’t make us feel like going to the bank and I swear the girls there are the friendliest banker I’ve met! Greeted by Khanh who was the one that helped us and if you have any Viet Family Member who needs a Viet speaking banker, she’s the one to look for!
Now my mom no longer needs a translator and could just go to a the bank by herself as she finally gets to speak to someone who she feels comfortable with that’s genuinely involved and enthusiastic.

This Chase location is not very knowledgeable of their policies. And give you a hard time to give you your own money. It feels like you're begging. Maybe it's the "location" they're in due to the low income neighborhood. But it almost feels discriminatory. So I asked for a large amount of money to withdraw which I've done before at the College Ave/El Cajon location with no problems. But the teller I was working with here seemed really hesitant and unwilling to work with me to give me that amount of money. Also, she gave me incorrect information about needing to go to another branch to withdraw money. I've been here before with my dad for the same reason, so I pretty much already knew it was rather her choosing to not give us that money maybe thinking she's protecting her job idk. But it's really annoying that I have to go out of my way to another Chase because you'd rather make sure "the minority you gave a lump sum to doesn't turn out to be fraudulent" that's terrible customer service and is not your business to even do so. If I had all of the necessary identification and information, don't be prejudice and decide to go with your gut feeling rather than the RULES and laws that are already set in place, so that people like you don't get to decide who can withdraw their money based on personal feelings. This was very disappointing because I used to have good impressions of this bank based on mine and my fathers experiences with a Banker named Providence. She was very sweet and treated us with dignity and respect. Note to the manager of this location, train your employees better.

This used to be my local Chase bank for years. Secure indoor ATM was a plus for this branch location

Such a poorly managed location. I had scheduled an appointment here a week in advance and they called to cancel my appointment an hour before. One hour before. I missed the call since I was already at work, and I was pretty upset since I had taken an hour away from work to make this appointment. Save yourself the trouble and choose another location.

I hate this bank. I will literally wait to do my banking when I'm out of town. After they close inside there's only ONE ATM and people suck at using it! There's I think 3 more atms inside (inside but still not like in the lobby) like all the chase banks I've gone to but this is the only one they lock up. I'm actually right outside right now and the ONLY atm available has no cash in it WHAT?!

If there is another chase you can visit, avoid this one at all costs. This branch, manager on duty, and corporate staff are extremely rude. I went in for help and just experienced the worse service ever. The manager was arrogant and grotesque and should not deal with customers at all. He should be fired for his lack of customer service skills.

We set up a appointment to see Ricardo the account manager and they told us they double booked. We set up another appointment with him over the phone for the next week. When we arrived they told us we didn't have a appointment. He wasn't nice or polite about fixing the problem. They don't have good business practices or care about the customer. We will take our business to a bank that does.

Worst f’n branch, they only have one banker who’s always busy, shiiit system , the worst systems , the phone number is the worst because they’ll tell you they‘ll help you at the branch but turns out it is equally as useless! Lost a customer right after I deposited all my money , what for ?
