I visited today on 02/28 to make a withdrawal of $6,500. However, I was informed that the maximum amount I could withdraw was $2,000 due to a shortage. It's disappointing that a bank doesn't have enough money available. I was informed that I could withdraw $3,000 from the ATM inside. I attempted to withdraw $3,000 but received an error message. I then tried to withdraw $2,000 but still had no luck. Consequently, I had to wait in line once again to obtain the $2,000 from the teller. It's frustrating to only to withdraw $2,000 when I need $6,500 from my own money.

Not my favorite Chase location, I used to come here all the time when I still lived close to Lincoln High, it's usually packed with people inside, just have to line up, even the ATM line was busy, if you are in a rush, you should have try another branch, I just found out my rewards points can't be redeemed in cash, it has to be deposited back to my card, I just want the cold cash. Oh well, I have to wait until 3 days after Xmas to have it ready in my saving account, then withdraw it, no fun

This location has become a hassle to work with. Place closes very early and is understaffed so if you do make it in to withdraw money it will take a while. To make matters worse the atm machines work when they please.

I am a property manager at a mobile home park in lemon grove and I am at this Chase at least 4x a week to do HUNDREDS of rent deposits and other deposits for our park. I'll just start off by saying REY IS THE BEST BANK TELLER IVE EVER WORKED WITH! He is such a pleasant human being and has such a great energy to him. I leave the bank happy with their service every single time. I've worked with a couple other tellers here as well which ALL have been amazing but Rey is my guy. If the manager is reading this review, this man deserves a promotion, a raise, or some kind of bonus because he is the reason I choose this chase bank every time! Thank you all! Was just using the atm an accidently walked away for 15 seconds without taking my money. I went back and the money was gone. I asked the lazy management on duty if we ca check th ecameras as th eperson was still outside. She refused. Im out $200 because of a lazy manager. Horrible customer service!!!change your bank from chase

Terribly managed by Angel Perez. I have multiple accounts with chase including a business account that does a significant amount of cash flow and Angel refused to release funds on a check valued at literally less than 2% of the last 6 months total account deposits. I never have this issue when I use the North Park location. Angel made me want to close all 7 accounts on the spot. This is not the type of leader Chase needs interacting with their business customers.
