I've been banking here for years and I've never had an issue with lack of service. The tellers are friendly and greet you with a smile. My financial advisor Mario is phenomenal and has taken the stress out of retirement planning. He is extremely personable and has your best interests in mind with his suggestions. All in all I find this branch location takes very good care of me

In my opinion Chase Bank will gouge their customers whenever they get the chance. I have had several accounts with Chase for about 20 years. As soon as the balance in one account dropped to $1830.00 ( under 2k) they charged me $15.00 per month ($165.00 in total) for an account that was dormant. They never advised me of their charges and refused to reimburse me even though my total balances were much greater and I had been with them for many years. In my opinion Chase Bank has no moral compass (unlike a class act corporation like Costco) they will take any opportunity to assess fines and charges no matter how long you have been with them or your combined balances. Consumers are better off with a non profit credit union.

ATM's are very unreliable and walked into the branch and not 1 teller was at an open window. LOL This branch is marginally helpful if that. Use your cellphone to make check deposits.

No parking from the front of the bank, kind of like the back side is where their parking lot is, if you're using google maps.Kind staff. A newer employee was helping me, and they did have to get things double checked by a senior employee, but got everything I went in there done.After I was helped, I witnessed an angry customer, and the staff handled it very well. Good customer service at this branch.

I tried calling the bank at 11:30 am on a Tuesday and nobody was answering the phones and I was disconnected after listening to way too many grueling prompts. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Treating customers like that! I'd go elsewhere.....it seems that they don't truly value their customers and they must have too many already.

I come in to get a bank account. I have been with my credit union that’s local to Mendocino, CA and wanted a bank that is easier accessible… I go to the general teller (brown hair, glasses, tattoos ) to ask who can help me open a debit account… and the first question the teller asks me was if I was US citizen.Didn’t ask for a ID. Didn’t ask anything else. Told me “IF I get approved” (I went in for a debit card so this confused me) I’ll need two forms of identification.” Then went on to ask me if I knew that I can do it online. I’m 24 and it’s 2023… I know... I came in with cash so I can just do it with a person and chat with someone about the bank, and see what my options are… anyway found that really awkward and racist. And that’s so unfortunate because this is in the middle of northpark. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Maybe Wells Fargo.

Atm inside lobby was down & drive through atm was down. Ridiculous.. had to wait 35 mins until they opened to take out my money.

Ezra is the worst bank manager I have ever delt with, I got my card stolen and I just wanted to cancel the card and get a new one sent to my place before they made anymore purchases. Ezra told me he didn't have the capability to do that and he told me to go online to do it. Absolutely insane, steer clear of Ezra

Manager Ricardo Vazquez just cancelled my appointment in an hour before my appointment because they have limited staff for today. I took the day off to do my business stuff but in an hour before appointment they can just cancel it. Think twice about do business with Chase.

Went into the bank to open up a high school account, the bank manger made up his own requirements on opening an high school account. Had all documents needed and verified it by calling chase customer service after I left. Very Unprofessional staff lead by the clueless bank manager Ricardo. I will open another account elsewhere not with chase. The bank doesn’t even follow their own online requirements.
