I'm surprised at some of the reviews on here. All the staff and tellers have always been very friendly kind and accommodating to me! I love that they know me by name and always have treats ready for the pups. Plus it's so easy to walk to from our home. I'd never go anywhere else!

Horrible experience! I walked in to deposit my check and Victoria the teller was so careless. She was on her phone while I was trying to get some help. I was standing there for at least 5 minutes while she was on her cellular phone. If you don’t want to help people then maybe you should not be at work.

I’ve been a member of Chase when it was Great Western, a long time. Their customer service is hit and miss but this particular branch in Bird Walk is the best ! Everyone is very helpful respectful which is not always the service I receive at other branches. Recently I was having problems with my online banking and Tobin (sp) spent as much time as necessary to straighten it out for me and with grace and patience. This particular branch restores my confidence in banking with Chase.

I would like to say that I was cheated and lied to by the Chase Bank. It is an insolence how I was treated, after a transfer from Switzerland my money has disappeared, and since 3 weeks not a single Chase employee can tell me where my money is. I have never experienced such incompetence as Chase USA. i went to the bank 5 times with my wife, and it didn't matter, my $ 5,000 money is not found, and chase lies and cheats me, and blames me on other banks, they are lousy and insolent are my money to find. So I was heading to Chase to simply get a cashier's check. I intended to only spend 5 minutes there and get on with my day. Brian was my teller and taking care of me quickly and professionally. The day prior I had suffered a stingray sting on my ankle and was wearing flip flops to air the sting out. While I was talking with Brian, my ankle began to bleed profusely. I grabbed a few of the tissues and Brian went to grab a medical kit to help out. The bleeding did not get any better and I was unable to even walk without aid. Brian helped me to their staff restroom and was opening gauze pads, band aids and providing paper towels to me while I cleaned of my foot. He even offered to get some blood stop out of his car. Once I was all cleaned up he handed me the cashier's check with a smile and hoped my foot felt better.

Went to use the atm inside the restroom! The manager is a idiot, the employees are horrible, I wanted ti used the restroom and one of the employees says employees only, no sings that say that by the way. Never coming back to this location for my business.

Great banking experience. Tovin is extremely helpful and has simplified many banking processes that used to be very time consuming and tedious. Highly recommend doing your banking here.
