Im so happy that I came to this branch of Chase, its easy to open account here and what is the most important for me, every time I have some questions my manager David helps me to understand and answer all my questions. We are new here in US, so it’s very valuable for me. By the way he also speaks my native language - ukrainian, so I don’t need to worry about misunderstanding. Thank for great experience with Chase and the best manager ever David.

I've been a Chase client for four years now, and every time I enter this bank, I feel like a VIP. The cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. I want to give a huge shoutout to David Miramontes – he's the absolute best! Best banking experience ever.

David Miramontes was amazing! I encountered technical issues when trying to apply for my first credit card online, but he resolved everything on the spot and helped me get approved for the Freedom Rise Credit Card. He was very informative and kind. Best experience ever!

I agree with all the other reviews that this Chase Bank locations has poor service. I have been banking with Chase in Chicago 1998 when is was Bank One & then Chase. I moved in this area & went to this location since it's closer to my house. This Chase location by far the worst in service. No one greeted you but the worst there is hardly any teller but 1 or 2 & the rest are in their offices doing whatever they are doing. I came last week & withdrew money from ATM inside & the teller saw me. Then I went to her window because I forgot put in ATM small bills so I wanted her to change big bill I got from ATM inside in front of her that she watched me take out money. When I got to her window she told me she cannot change the $100 to small bills unless I'm a Chase customer? She saw me withdrew money from the ATM in front of her. I have accounts- checking & saving. So I showed her my Chase debit which should suffice then she said she still needs see my ID. I get banks needs be cautious but I just want her to change the money I already withdrew from my account to smaller bills. It's not like I'm asking her withdraw money etc .I could not understand what she was saying & she could not understand what I was saying. Maybe it's the language miscommunication but I was so frustrated , left & went to another location which is a drive from me esp with construction on Genesse.Really disappointed with this service & thinking about banking someplace where people know what they are doing & have excellent service.

For this to be a brand new business or establishment they are quick to turn you away. I get off work at 4 they close at 5pm. I showed up at 4:20pm. The young lady with a shaved head was very rude and happy to turn new clients away. I came here hoping to be a new customer of Chase bank. I was trying to inquire on their promotions she pointed me to a window and said that was all they had. I have offers from chase and was hoping to use one of them. She wouldn’t even give me the time of day. If you want to bank with Chase do not do it at the University City, Mo location. I have worked in banking over 13 years and have never seen anyone turned away due to the banks closing hours.

I visited the this branch today. The parking lots have ample parking space.The teller was playing with her cellphone and definitely did not welcome clients. Her attitude was like “ I really don’t want to work here today.”I tried to deposit cash and her scanner did not work. She gave me the cash back in front of other clients without envelope and told me that I need to wait for the teller next to her. I really did not feel secure about that.she should have asked me if I need an envelope or she could have inform her coworker to process/ handover the money for me.Literally the coworker with a working scanner was next to her.I have been to several Chase locations nearby. I chose this one because of parking. Other branches offer better service.

I would like to extend many thanks to the branch Manager of governor drive. Rosanne. She truly helps and cares about her customers. I had some issues with my accounts and right away she took care of it. Great job great customer service. Thank you!

If you like rude customer service and being treated horribly Chase bank at 4111 Governor Drive in University City is the right bank for you! This bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Brian that works there is extremely rude and condescending and has no business working in a bank what so ever! I highly do NOT recommend going to this Chase bank you will only be met with the longest wait time imaginable and extremely rude customer service! Shame on Chase bank for allowing there employees to be rude and disrespectful!!!

We went into the bank today to add a name to an existing account. Primary account holder is disabled and so it's very difficult to just get around. There were zero customers in the bank...not a single one...and at least four employees doing nothing but chatting. They refused to help and said we needed to make an appointment. One star only for ease of parking and leaving with absolutely zero customer service.
