The worst Breakage I have ever had I had TD Ameritrade for over 40 years it recently merged with Charles Schwab I have left over 10 messages about them getting my accounts all messed up after the merger my Ira Distribution is every month it has been the same amount all of 2023 of $141.28 I never have taken State or Federal Taxes out of my Ira because I don't make enough money per year to pay Federal or State Taxes Charles Schwab just took State and Federal Taxes out of my Ira account on September 29th 2023 and transferred $125.74 less then the $141.28 that was suppose to be transferred to my Checking Account without my permission which is different then what I am suppose to put in with a Letter In received from TD Ameritrade In January 2023 of $141.28 which has been transferred monthly to my Checking Account for the last nine months I can't get any phone number except the 1-800 number after I talk to a Charles Schwab Reprehensive so I never talk to the same person twice.

The worst for in-person support. Sure if you want to do everything on-line and get pithy articles about how to address your situation - then this branch is for you. But if you want real customized investment strategies made with a real person that is not on the other end of a 1-800 call, then seek it from some other branch of Schwab. I spent six months trying to get a real person to see me and work on a REAL customized plan and it never happened. I always got redirected to the national lines who gave generalized advice. I am moving my investments elsewhere.

Schwab set up a custodial Traditional IRA for my daughter who is 17. They did so quickly and smoothly. Incidentally, I started with Fidelity and they could not do it. Fidelity only offers Roth IRA's as custodial accounts for minors.

Visited for the first time today after opening an account online. The online stuff was very efficient, although the phone service was much more time consuming. But today Franklin helped me finish up the last few details. He was fast (which I needed!), friendly, welcoming and professional. I'm looking forward to the next time I need to come in for anything.

Brian Mancuso and the entire staff (Mary, Franklin) have been amazing. We transferred all our accounts here (were tired of paying brokerage fees) and have been given nothing but professional and attentive care. The many products offered along with the educational seminars for investing have been informative and helpful.
