I purchased a new pair of sunglasses online a couple weeks ago, and they became very bent from sitting in the car under the sun. Michelle patiently worked her magic getting them back into shape and they feel great again!!

Hostile environment that is the first sting I fell when I walked The Chanel make up boutique at the UTC mall La Jolla. I almost didn’t buy anything, but I really wanted the lipstick now instead of waiting for it to be delivered to my house. The woman that acknowledge my presence did seem to want to help me She was more interested in being on the phone. I will definitely send an email to corporate to have them visit the store so they know what I’m talking about.

I saw some poor reviews, maybe things have changed because our experience was quite literally the best service I have ever received. Mila, Svetlana, and Kim went above and beyond to help us find the perfect scents for our wedding day. They were friendly, fun, and helpful. Highly recommend this location if you are looking to brighten your day!

They are horrible there & I will never purchase from them . They are cheap & did not want to package my bag or even put ribbons & I even talked to the manager and she was also like the rest of the people. This is the Chanel La Jolla UTC boutique and there is a woman named Lorianne I believe with sunglasses & she is the most horrible human being I have ever met . They just cheapened their brand . & I have no love for them . I will give them negative 0 reviews.Sadaf

Awful service and support. The sales staff seemed disinterested and poorly educated on the products in the store. They seemed unhappy and the overall vibe in the store was far from friendly let alone beautiful or glamorous. Time for Chanel to rethink retail at flag stores.

I would like to share with you my unpleasant experience with Alex at the Chanel Boutique in UTC , SAN Diego.On Sunday, April 2, 23, I visited the Chanel Boutique at UTC to purchase a pair of Chanel sunglasses.Lorianne Pimmental who is professional, courteous, and helpful and had assisted me in my previous visits was on her lunch break , so Alex offered to help. Alex brought me the sunglasses I asked for. I noticed that the sunglasses was not clean and had a scratch on its right handle.. I brought them to Alex’s attention and asked her to get me a brand new pair. Alex went to the storage room and returned after a few minutes with a pair of sunglasses. I asked her twice if this pair was different than the ones she took with her to the storage room. She assured my that they were different.I left the Boutique. Once outside, I pulled the sunglasses out of its case and examined it before put it on . I noticed the same scratch on the handle . I was so upset for being misled by Alex . I lost my trust in her. I walked back to the Boutique and returned thesunglasses although I like its style very much.Alex should be reminded of theimportance of keeping the trust the the Chanel brand has built with its customers. Mila is a outstanding worker at Chanel. She was so very kind and seamed so happy to be working at this boutique. She was so helpful and gives the best advice. I highly recommended requesting Mila when visiting this Chanel boutique!!!!.????
