We purchased a shirt on Sunday for my 14 year old daughter she realized she looked older when she got home. We went back on Tuesday and Roberto sales person said..." No returns too bad " . It is sad that at these times Covid . You should treat customers better. It's not the $239.00 dollars. It's the attitude. The customer service. So a 14 year old child made a mistake.......we will be out posting on Facebook the terrible service we got......

Disappointed, I looked for the Carolina Herrera Classic fragrance, the one that is no longer in production but that you can still get in perfume stores in malls and in this store they told me that they were out of men's fragrances.This was a week ago, today I plan to go and if they have it at a good price I will change my review

The staff here are horrible, there was a lady who were treating the customers very unprofessionally and when I asked her who is the manager here, she told me she is the manager!! Oh my gosh Carolina Herraira hires such people as managers! And this is a store where people spend over a thousand dollar!? For such service I would say go spend your money some where else!!!!
