I previously purchased a dining room table and chairs from Casual Dining. I loved the product, and when we needed some matching bar stools we went back. John helped us. He has a great knowledge of the products they carry, and he was able to recommend a specific product that would meet our needs...working with us to get the right stain color and finish. He even called the manufacturer while we were there to get the items customized for us. He provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend John for his professionalism, and Casual Dining for the quality of product they have. Darlene

I would like to thank John Grimmer for his courtesy and professionalism in helping select a new Murphy Bed for my 95 year old brother at Nazareth House. John was most helpful in recommending a motor operated bed that will make it easy for my brother to raise and lower the bed, thus preventing further falling accidents during set ups. Thank you very much John.

The wall unit/bed looks great installers did a wonderful job. Went over the safety features, and had me demonstrate how to pull the bed down and put it back up. The only reason why I gave them three stars instead of five is the poor communication from the warehouse. But they before they were supposed to come and deliver my bed. I was harassed at work about my balance, which had been paid off over the weekend, and they insisted that they never received it. a couple of hours later that was resolved. Then they changed my delivery time to a different window. 15 minutes before the end of that two hour window I called to find out if these guys were even coming since they were supposed to give me a 30 minute heads up and I had never heard from them. I was finally called 20 minutes after the two hour window was out. They had got a late start on the other job and got delayed And wanted to have a quick lunch before they came to my house. I was already irritated by the whole sequence of events so I told them to cancel me for the day. I told Dan at the warehouse that I feel I should get a discount/refund on my delivery fee. He told me they would need to speak to the manager Bert, which I have not done yet, but I will be doing.

Absolutely spectacular service from John. There is no reason to go to any other stores, if you’re looking for bar stools. Huge selection. Stools are customizable. Great quality. An all around great buying experience.

Awesome experience! Purchased a custom made Trailway solid cherry wood table with chairs. It's absolutely gorgeous. It took longer than expected but they worked with me and honestly it was worth the wait! Even the delivery was very top-notch. Well run business and super organized. Thank you :)

I was looking for a solid wood dining table for my new Sunroom we are in the process of building. I visited many furniture stores and sites in the web. Nothing seem to give me that "wow" factor I was looking for.I was heading to another furniture store on the strip and Casual Dining caught my eye. I was impress with so many selections and styles to choose. When I narrowed my chose between two tables, each had elements I liked and disliked, the fun began. Product Advisor John helped me take the the elements I liked in the two tables, worked with me to custom designed my own dining table; down to wood color, base design, chair and fabric selection. My custom made dining table was delivered today. I am staring at it right now. To anyone that knows me, my table says "Elien" to them. When you are ready to make that purchase leap, ask for Product Manager John to jump with you, he's the best!

Five Stars for John Grimm, Project Advisor. He listened accurately to what we needed and wanted in a Murphy Bed wall unit and then provided the various options to achieve those objectives. His suggestions were aesthetically excellent, maximized the space we had available, and designed the unit at the lowest possible manufacturing cost. We were impressed with his deep product knowledge and responsiveness to our questions and concerns. On a personal level, you'll also find John is a delight to work with.

This is an update to our previous review. Our chairs arrived early and they are beautiful!. We looked all over town for some chairs that would go with our custom table and these worked perfectly. Thank you so much to casual dining and barstools and John for helping us. We picked the chairs up ourselves and the gentleman at the warehouse were also very courteous and helpful!

Five years ago, I thought they had good service and prices. I was able to buy some barstools from them directly. Recently, I went in and it’s what I’d call high end. Even with everything more expensive, there’s some jaw-droppers. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who informed us that we could custom order just about anything we see. That’s nice, but I wanted to drive home with two barstools that day like I did five years ago. So, there’s a ton of dining sets to choose from as well. I ended up getting barstools at Ikea that are a good fit, and comfortable and were about $175 each.

Great selection of bar stools. We bought our bar stools there 20+ years ago and they are still in solid condition. Our kitchen remodel is finding us looking for replacement bar stools. No other place to go!!

First and foremost, THANK YOU JOHN FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASSISTING US IN SELECTING OUR BEAUTIFUL BAR STOOLS!!!! We walked into Casual Dining & Bar Stools and immediately we were greeted by John. We showed John pictures of our kitchen, so he could help us select the perfect barstools for our kitchen island. John showed us different types of barstools that would be a great addition to our kitchen and he was very patient with us. John has a good eye, when it comes to color coordination and has the experience to know what type of barstool, would compliment our kitchen. We stopped by my many different furniture stores, but John's customer service impressed us. We purchased the barstools and it took about five months to receive because we selected a custom colored fabric, but it was definitely worth the wait. The barstools are made with great quality fabric and material. While you are waiting for your barstools, John offered temporary loaner barstools until ours arrived. Thank you Casual Dining & Bar Stools for the temporary bar stools!!! We returned to Casual Dining & Bar Stools to purchase a dining table. We selected a table and wanted different chairs for our table. John took the time to take the chair we selected and arrange/place the chairs and bench next to the table. We wanted to make sure that the bench and chairs, were going to match our barstools and compliment our entire kitchen. We purchased the table, bench, and chairs. There is about a five month wait, but it is no fault to Casual Dining. We had selected a custom colored fabric for our bench and chairs. Thank you again John for you outstanding customer service and we'll be back again!!!

Our visit to the Miramar store was excellent! So many bar stool to choose from and you can customize many of them. We worked with John and he was very helpful with designing the stools! We highly recommend this place!
