Absolutely in awe of this place and the owner Joe. We were in desperate need of a toner that no one seems to carry in stock, only shipping available. Not only did they have it, they offer a discount to first time customers and free delivery!!!!! We gave it a whirl and the toner arrived in less than 15 minutes!! They picked up our used toner cartridges and then proceeded to troubleshoot (free for customers) and FIX a printer we had given up on!! We will definitely continue to use Cartridge Warehouse and also recommend them to anyone that uses toner in San Diego.... THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

My experience at Cartridge Warehouse was unnecessarily disappointing, and could be one of those stories that goes for three pages of frustrating back and forth.My Cartridge Warehouse ink cartridge was identified as "damaged" by my printer (see photo) and there was blue ink on the inside of my printer. The owner cleaned my printer, then went to put the same cartridge back in my printer. I said, "are you sure you want to do that?" He did, and something in the printer broke- the assembly that holds the ink cartridges. He had another one for my model printer, and he put in my printer, and went to put the same exact cartridge back into my printer. I said, "are you sure you want to do that?" He did, and it broke my printer again.Then began about 7 days of games- including an inconclusive diagnostic of what broke my printer- wherein he dodged responsiblity for his cartridge breaking my printer saying it was old, or a power surge, etc. The whole time I was texting him to "just do the right thing" and accept responsibility. I told him he could explain to a court commissioner or judge why I'm responsible for his cartridge breaking my printer right in front of both of us - Twice. After much frustration and cajoling, he agreed to a full refund and buy me a new printer (on sale) of similar capabilities. But then he said, "what you're doing is wrong!" What CW did is wrong by not admitting a mistake, and making it right, like when everyone else breaks something. If CW took responsibility for the cartridge breaking my printer- or even cleaned my printer and gave me a refund before they broke my printer- my experience would not have been as bad. For me, this was not worth it.

We’ve gone here multiple times and they have been great every time! The workers are nice, patient and quick. Also they have great prices for ink cartridges.

I couldn't be happier with this business!!! I was in desperate need for ink/toner for a reasonable price. Not only did I get it delivered same day, the owner was super helpful and professional!!! The prices can't be beat and the service was exceptional. This is my new go to place for ink/toner from here on out!!!

I recently got a hand-me-down inkjet printer and decided to try this local business out for ink refills. I'm so happy to have found them because they were so helpful with tips on unclogging cartridge heads and the refills were at a more affordable price than at other retailers. They also provide other services like recycling old ink cartridges and troubleshooting any printer issues (for free)! I will definitely keep coming back here for any of my printer needs.

The staff is helpful and friendly and know their stuff. Far cheaper to buy the recycles cartridges than from companies who manufacture printers, and she gave me pointers of what to do if the ink dries out. Thank you!

Very professional I called him at 11:00 a.m. and he delivered my cartridge by 12:00 noon same day awesome service very reasonable and affordable prices for cartridges I highly recommend getting your cartridge from cartridge Warehouse.... they have a customer for life! :)

I have been buying ink from them for about 5 years now and I am always impressed with their service, friendliness, and generous cartridge return policy. I buy ink one cartridge at a time for my laser printer and their turn around service is easy and does not disrupt my work productivity. If you are in San Diego County I highly recommend using their services for your printer ink needs.

I was in desperate need of a toner cartridge. I own a very busy floral company and our backup cartridge was the wrong size! I called at ten minutes to six, confirmed they had it and expalined the situation. The woman I spoke with waited for me to get there. Luckily traffic was on my side, but she still kept it open for around fifteen minutes so i could get my cartridge. They now have a customer for life!

Excellent service....great prices .and even free delivery ....was very helpful in non related cartridge problem. I had a lizard in my house and I'm stuck outside my house I'm scared of them and the guy that dropped off my cartridge was excellent and grabbed the live lizard and brought it outside the house you're the best... Thanks again so much
