Went to waste my time here. Called scheduled an appointment for an estimate after being rear ended. Went to the appointment the heavier set Hispanic lady helped me out. Took pictures and said she would contact me for an appointment and email me the estimates. A week passed by I called again to ask for the estimate and schedule an appointment she stated she had never spoken to me. My lawyer also contacted her and she was really aggressive and unprofessional over the phone. Not sure if she thought I was someone else or what her deal was. Very unprofessional I wish I remembered her name.

I used Carillos through my insurance after they were recommended by the dealership I purchased my car from. I wanted my car to be fixed with all OEM parts and didn't want an aftermarket repair job. My whole experience was easy from start to end, and Lupe was so helpful and explained how the process would go through my insurance and over to them. This is my first accident so I had no idea how to deal with this. They were exceptionally patient and got my car done days before their estimated finish date. My car was shiny and clean inside and out and the pick up and drop off process was hassle free. I would recommend Carillos to anyone who is looking for damage repair from here on out. Thank you Lupe and staff for your exceptional work!

Review: I've had both my car and my wife's car serviced at Carrillo's Auto Body Shop, and the quality of the work was commendable. However, my satisfaction took a hit when I encountered an issue. Despite being assured that a part would be ordered and Mario would call me, I found myself repeatedly following up without any response. As a loyal customer who has invested thousands, I expected a smoother resolution process and better communication. Hoping for improved customer service in the future.

I am somewhat happy with the work that was done on my car. I got rear-ended on the freeway and my Tesla needed bumper repairs. When I made the appointment for this shop to take my car, Francisco assured me my car would be done in 4 days, dropped off Dec. 27 and would be done on the 30th. When I got to the shop on the 27th, Francisco told me the car wouldn't be done on that 30th and that it would take up to ten days to get my car back which was frustrating after having made plans to only be without the car til the 30th. While the bumper paint job they did looks good, I was told the bumper would be removed for the job and I asked for them to give me photos behind the bumper so I could see the structural integrity behind the bumper was still good. This is the whole reason I actually got my bumper fixed because i wanted to make sure behind the bumper was still structurally sound as I got rear-ended on the freeway. Francisco assured me that it was their protocol to get photos behind the bumper so it wasn't any extra work to give me the photos. Now that we've picked up the Tesla, Francisco told me that they didn't take photos behind the bumper. How do I know what the heck they did with the car? I don't trust this shop at all. Consistency with words, especially in the car industry is very important. I also have spilled wax from their wax bottle in the back on my car mat where they left a sideways bottle of wax that was still there when I went to pick up the car.

Work on our car was completed on time and we were pleased with how it turned out, but we paid $200 for a detail and our car was returned with water spots and paint swirls.

I just had two different insurance claims handled by these guys. My car looks fantastic, the service was professional and it was super easy with rental car return for the bonus. I highly recommend the shop on Adams Ave. Tyler was super pleasant and helpful. He was responsive when I had questions and made things easy.

Got in a car accident right outside of work and Carrillo's did a phenomenal job fixing it! I was estimated 2-3 weeks for the job and they were able to get my car back to me in a week and a half. Everyone I worked with were friendly and big shout out to Tyler who kept me updated on the process. They were honest and did a phenomenal job and you couldn't ask for more from an auto shop. I trust them and if I ever need anything for my car I'll be sure to go to them!

Very friendly staff and excellent repairs. Always unfortunate to need car repairs, but if you do, this business is reliable and does great work. We used them to replace an entire door that got smashed while parked and it came back brand new, looking great and totally functional with all the complicated electronics in the side view mirror working perfectly. Highly recommend them!

This is the 2nd time they've taken care of my elderly Mothers Toyota Corolla both time they returned my Moms car back to her like it was brand new and she is very comfortable with their staff.

We practically totaled our Porsche SUV but since it was a great car we decided to fix the whole body of damage and replaced any parts that were not working. It would be a huge job. We just picked up the car and it looks brand new. An amazing transformation. And to our surprise, Lupe Lemus, our contact and estimator, told us that the cost would be two thousand dollars under the estimate because it was a little less complicated than they thought. This is a first for us. Usually car dealers and bodywork shops raise the estimate price. . I have never seen such an honest, competent shop. And they even finished fixing the car in the date they originally promised. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who has car body damage

I had such a great experience here. I was in an accident and AAA recommended Carrillo's for the damage repair. I've never had to do anything like this and Francisco was knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and called me with updates while my car was getting worked on. The ladies in the front office were also so nice and helpful. They finished faster than I expected and everything looks perfect. If I ever have a need for their services again, I will definitely be back!

I am so impressed with the job they did on the front Under bumper to my Kia. Their work was very professional. I also want to comment on all the staff I had contact with. The two women in the front office were polite and friendly. Actually it started with the young man that took my keys when I drove up. He was very polite and directed me to the office. As I sat in the waiting area various employees asked me if I wanted coffee or water, Did I have enough light ( i was working on my computer) They were very helpful when I looked for the rest room. I am familiar with some employee being helpful and polite but to have everyone at a business being efficient and polite amazed me. I also want to thank Mr Cabrillo for the time he took to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend their service. Maria Garcia
