My friends body shop had a flyer at their shop recommending Carrillo & Sons for any of their customers in need of body work. So, I decided to check them out on Yelp. After seeing all of the 5 star reviews and happy customers, I decided to take my car to them. I am very glad that I did! Everyone I spoke to at Carrillo & Sons was very helpful and professional; they really put me at ease. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. And, they took care of all necessary communication with my insurance company. Most importantly, my car looks great!!

I haven't yelped in awhile but I had to take the time for this business. A little backstory someone backed into my front bumper and AAA suggested this this collision center. Someone by the name of David contacted me immediately via telephone and also email I just picked up my car today and it looks like nothing happened. This is a family owned business and I must say you can feel the warm, bubbly happiness when you walk into this establishment. I don't know too much about cars so I had 1 million questions and they explained everything thoroughly. there's a lot of car places that try and take advantage of women, I didn't get that feeling here not once. Everyone speaks when you walk in everyone smiles it looks like everyone at this establishment really enjoys what they do and you don't get that nowadays, so I'm really appreciative of that and if anything were to happen again with my car (which I pray it doesn't) hands-down I'm picking this place!

Brought in my Audi Q5 2023 after being involved in a hit and run, was concerned since my insurance initially recommended a European car specialist, but I found this place had great reviews and decided to bring it here. Staff was extremely nice and helped me every step of the process. They clearly communicated on the time and what was being done, even during a slight delay ( two day difference ) they still communicated and tried their best to get my car as soon as possible. They did the job faster than I was quoted at other shops and my car looks just like it did when I initially got it off the lot and left it spotless once I returned it. They also helped with returning my rental once their job was done.

This is our go to place for repairs. I have had my car hit 3x while parked around the city and each time they have come thru with great service, quick repairs, they call with updates and they make it easy to get in and out.

Carrillo & Sons Collision Center is excellent. There are many reasons why they get continuous 5 Star reviews. Their work is outstanding. They are craftsmen. They are totally professional, communicative, personable, and their body work is a work of art. They made our 9 year old banged up passenger side Subaru Forester look like the day it came off the assembly line. You have a choice of many body shops to which you can take your slightly mangled or very mangled vehicle. Why not forget the rest and take it to the best -- Carrillo & Sons Collision Center!

This is a new review because I couldn't figure out how to edit my previous review. I had made the mistake of giving it two starts instead of five stars. The service was outstanding. I am vey pleased with the work but as a side view I was specially impressed with the manner in which every employee behaved. From the time I arrived the gentleman that took my keys and walked me to the front entrance every employee was willing to help. The two women in the office were very welcoming. As I sat in the wait area some of the workers asked if I wanted water or coffee. People can learn how to do body work but customer relations are a different this is the most polite and willing to help group I have ever worked with. Most business have a handful of polite and helpful employees this is a group of those employees. I want them to know their professional behavior did not go un-noticed.

I was highly recommended to use this repair shop and I was completely impressed by the easy of working with them and the quality of the work. I now understand why they came so highly recommended and I will now also recommend them highly to all my friends, family and clients. The best way to describe working with Carrillo & Sons was that it was an experience of being completely taken care of, listened to and they constantly went out of their way to accommodate or help. I never had a repair shop email and text me the progress of the work. I never had my vehicle repaired in the time that it was promised and they did both. Can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of this business. Stayed in communication throughout the repairs.All staff were friendly and helpful. I was even given a ride to the shop to retrieve my vehicle.Gas was topped off, and I was even given a "swag" bag to remember their shop. Great job!Service: Body & Trim

Incredible customer service, clearly well-knowledgable, and great communication. I needed a ride to get a rental car and when the rental place took too long to send someone out and pick me up, Carillo & Sons called then twice before just ordering me an uber. While it was a long wait, it was no fault of theirs and they made it very easy for me. Truly appreciated the whole experience.Service: Body & Trim

As a result of an accident the whole passenger side of my car was damaged and needed extensive repair and painting. Couldn''t have been happier with the results. Perfect.These people are really excellent at what they do but equally important, they are kind, trustworthy, and fair.

Don't be fooled, there is a difference between the different Carrillo Auto Body Shops. We've been to both and this one is the best. Our car looks brand new; not only did they repair the car's body, they detailed the car as well. They also worked with Allstate Insurance and Enterprise Rental Car Company. Thanks DANIEL!!!
