They did an absolutely horrible install of a device in my car and now it won’t start and the device turns off on the regular I had a service appointment set up for them to install a new one but they said they couldn’t do it even though they had a work order and the install looks like a 5th grader did the install this shop is an embarrassment bundles of wires they don’t solder they use cheap wire crimps. This guy attitude is the absolute worst. I’ve now spent almost 30 days waiting for this appointment with my car pretty much unusable and they just screwed me over.

Audiophile/ expert technician, window tint, security. Great one stop shop. HAD my Forester and Scion tinted here and audio system upgrade. Fantastic work and been here over 30 years.

They did a great job installing my amp/sub/headunit/backup camera some time ago. Having some sub/amp issues now, probably blown after using it for 7ish years and they were super helpful on diagnosing and next steps. Thanks for spending the time to help me out you guys, I appreciate it.

This is one of the best window tinting places I’ve found. Duy was efficient and got the job done in no time! He tinted my whole car and the tint has lasted for years and still looks brand new! I recommend this business to all my friends and family for all their needs.

The crew at this location did a great job at helping set up my car's new radio system. Duy was good at providing customers with information and answering any tech questions that you need to know. Juan and Ed also did a awesome job at setting up the equipment in the car.

This has to be the most argumentative shop I have ever experienced. My car dealership recommended this company. I live over an hour away from this shop, and after 4 visits, I had to have all the issues with my stereo install resolved by another audio shop. Visit 1 I had a new Kenwood installed. Steering wheel controls were not installed correctly, and instead of saying he could fix it the next trip, he tried to talk my into taking the car with the inferior install. Trip 2, he was able to get the steering control fully working and XM installed. XM antenna was hidden somewhere and caused reception to constantly go in and out. USB port had a very lose connection and it would easily disconnect with the slightest touch or bump in the road. Trip 3, my wife and daughter had a appointment to fix the XM and USB port. The owner did nothing, was rude, techno-babbled them. Trip 4, I went in to see why he did not replace the USB and put the XM antenna in a better spot. When I gave him my name, he refused to deal with me because my daughter wrote a rude review of her experience with him. I cannot recommend this shop. I do not give a bad review unless it is really deserved.

We had to bring our car back twice to fix various things they broke during radio installation. Duy was rude and condescending the whole time. He upsold us on garbage, talked over us, and when we told him something was broken, he insisted "no it's not" MANY times without even looking. (Spoiler: it was. No apology.)Addendum: I personally don't mind all the pornography on display in the back room, but if anyone has children with them they should probably steer clear.

Today marks the 3rd car I've brought into Car Audio Heaven for my tinted windows & I couldn't be happier. Duy does such an exceptional job! I would highly recommend this place. Very reasonable pricing and quality work. They also have warranties on all their work. Can't beat it!

Came in because It was right next to my work. Needed my speakers fixed, just bought the car and didn't know what was wrong with them. The guy took my car the day of and had them fixed that evening. Was very inexpensive compared to other places. Only problem was clock was acting up after, but they took a look at it and fixed it for free. Lifetime warranty on the repair as well. Overall great place to go for car audio problems.
