Their driver was flying down the 54 West and then weaving in and out of traffic on the 805 south. I called them to let their management know but no one answered. If they have careless drivers on the road and no one cares to pick up the phone, I can just imagine what kind of customer service they offer.

I went there for an alignment. They inspected my truck for free. They showed me the repairs I needed to make before I get an alignment. They showed me that my rear leaf spring bushings were bad and that my front steer tire had play. You don't find great customer service like this anymore. Since they only do alignments and tire installs, I had to get my truck fixed elsewhere. Then I came back for an alignment. They use MD alignment btw. Highly recommend.
