This is the worst place ever to buy a trailer. This organization scammed us and we ended up paying 10k extra in optional warranties that we did not even ask for. When you sign paperwork, they don’t go over any of those things with you, just “benefits” that we will be receiving. Little did we know, those were optional warranties that we did not ask for nor did they offer or discuss. They just added it on without even telling us beforehand, but made it seem like they were free when asking us to initial. Do not trust them. They are an awful company that will do anything to make sure you pay extra and don’t even tell you about the total amount before you sign off on it. They literally told us the total amount we were financing and we were so surprised when we got our loan back and it was 10k extra.

We are giving a 5 star review due to many reasons. First and foremost was Jennifer our sales agent. She was wonderful to work with . Kind, professional yet easy to work with without that hardcore push to buy buy buy. We would recommend you call & ask for her to get you just the right RV that you are looking for. Second we love camping worlds variety of new and used RVs . Thanks aging for a wonderful experience!!!

Went in on 26 May 2024 to look at some smaller class RV’s The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and assisted us promptly. She told me that Jennifer will be assisting us. I waited for her and she come over and introduced herself and ask how she could help. All great so far!!However once I started to talk she became disinterested and she even laughed at me with a smirk of disrespectful towards us. I ignored all this as I only wanted to look and ask some questions. She responded by say go outside and I’ll be right there. However she never came outside and after about 3 minutes another salesman came out. And said she was tasked elsewhere but I could tell she did not want to help. Now the other gentleman was a nicer guy he did not offer a lot of details nor did he know specifically about some RV’s.Overall I was disappointed in this location as I thought Camping World would go all out to help someone seem welcomed but seemed like they only wanted money and not interested in helping and Jennifer has made it the worst experience at a camping world.I will not be back nor recommend buying from them! Learn how to treat customers that could spend $200k or more on a RV.

I've never bought anything here but I've had experience visiting this place with high pressure cells. I purchased a trailer from a private party and what is the best purchase I've had.

I would NOT recommend. Sales person was pleasant enough, but knew very little about the Lance camper that we were interested in. And then they never got back to me afterwards about the model that we were interested in. We ended up driving up to Ontario and purchased a brand new trailer from Galaxy campers.

Bought a Jayco Trailer and had issues with the battery operated fridge. Could not get it to work without draining the battery. Constant E3 message with a beep every min. Super frustrated so I called and asked for help. All I got was bounced around from parts to service and back. Called several times and gave my info multiple times for a call back. Well, no one ever called. I eventually figured out what was wrong by joining a jayco Facebook group and someone helped me. This was a completely brand new trailer btw. Camping World just wants to sell and you are on your own after. Super disappointed but, they should just of told me they don’t want to help me instead of stringing me along. Won’t be doing anymore business with them.

I wanted to buy some items that were in a sale flier that were listed as “in store only”. I called this location to see if they had the items in stock. They took my name and number and NEVER called back. Then I drove the 20 miles to the store on the weekend and was told that the RV sales dept was open but that they couldn’t let me buy anything from the store because “that person didn’t come to work today”. I called again a few days later and again was told that someone would return my call. I literally am flabbergasted that they can stay in business with their complete lack of work ethic and total disregard for customer service. I would never, ever, ever purchase and RV from them.

I love this place! The vans were pretty cool to look into! It was quite shocking on how the last van I looked into the table turned into a whole bed! Before I left I laid in one of the chair and I was so cozy I felt like staying there but I couldn't but I loved it there!

We came in today looking for a specific model, that’s isn’t available on the west coast. Our sales person, Jalind, was so incredibly helpful. He listened to our wish list and paid close attention to our family needs. A model that suits our needs even better than our original plan will be coming to SD shortly for us to check out in person. We really learned a lot from Jalind and so grateful for his expertise :)

Came to Camping World to start my Rv/ trailer search. They had many with every option. I found two styles that would work for my family. I put a deposit down to get outside financing. On the day before coming in to finalize purchase, we changed the rv we wanted to buy. Everything went very smoothly. They were very accommodating during the process and my schedule. I really appreciated the thorough demonstration and walk through. The rv was delivered to our home. We purchased a River Forrest Signature Series 8263MBR. Really great design and features. Perfect for 1-2 people. Come here first and your search will end in happiness.

Great experience at camping world ?, been researching trailers and dealerships in San Diego, last 6 months. Finally pulled the trigger on our Rockwood mini, Don the salesman and Matt were, knowledgeable and experienced in the product, Angelina was exceptional as well. Positive experience and so far so Good.
