Worst branch location ever!!I went there to strictly deposit meaning LEAVING MONEY NOT TAKING MONEY OR WITHDRAWAL So just a normal day heading to the bank then there was a customer so I waited patiently for the customer to finished his transaction I never disrespect or rushed anyone Then it was my turn for my transaction and gave all the details needed to DEPOSIT!!! I handed the money to the teller to DEPOSIT!!! NOT WITHDRAWL AND TO GET ANY MONEY OUT!!Then waited there since there seems to be a problem, so I waited patiently and politely, for a long time worried about my 30mins parking and didn't expect to take long Then the teller called my mom and my mom answered right away knowing what's going on since my mom was listening to everything that was going on at the bank. My mom said yes my mom knows I'm depositing and I heard the tellers voice on speaker. And this is fine I understand it's not my account I'm just a son who like to help out his family!Then the teller finished talking with my mom and finished the transaction I came there for. Then I asked can I know why the transaction took so long since I was DEPOSITING NOT WITHDRAW MEANING GIVING MONEY!!!Then her reply was "I just want to make sure no one was taking money out from the account"This is were everything is wrong and made me feel disgusted. The teller insisted I was trying to take money out of the account!! I clearly had money to give to the teller! I was not there empty handed!!SO PLEASE TEACH THE TELLER NAMED "KAREN" (She told me her named was Karen not sure if it's real or if she's trolling) ENGLISH BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DOESNT UNDERSTAND THE WORD DEPOSIT OR DOESNT UNDERSTAND WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS MONEY THEY WANT TO DEPOSIT!! NOT TAKE OUT!! SO PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES WHAT DEPOSIT MEANS AND WHAT WITHDRAWL MEANS APPARENTLY PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE DONT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE AND WILL ACCUSED OTHER PEOPLE WANTING SOMETHING ELSE LIKE ME WHEN I CLEARLY WANT TO DEPOSIT AND NOT WITHDRAW!!So long story short ITS A CRIME TO GIVE YOUR PARENTS MONEYBUT IF YOU DO GIVE MONEY TO YOUR PARENTS ITS BETTER IN PERSON BECAUSE IN PUBLIC APPARENTLY ITS A CRIME TO DO GOOD!!!I only went i person to the bank since my schedule was conflict to head to moms house and head back, which means waste gas, time, and wouldn't be make sense to waste things when you don't have to!

Avoid this location, they had no qualified staff to open a personal checking account. Said that person quit. They also don't understand technology or security. *Baby Boomer Central* Do NOT put your hard earned money into this bank. You've been warned.

horrible.... went in to open a personal checking account and was treated like a two bit criminal. The entire staff didn't even know how to open a personal checking account except for the young gal who had to explain it to all the little old ladies that work there. They also said that the only person that knew how to open accounts no longer worked for the bank? huh? Avoid this place at all costs, the manager barely knows how to operate a smart phone let alone understand the latest banking technology or how domain names work. hello, it's time to retire the baby boomers. Thank You.

Horrible customer service! The manger Tonya was extremely unhelpful! I do not recommend this bank. Awful service !!!
