Isn't that nice? Must be a new promotion for advertising. Putting stickers on patrons windshields that are extremely difficult to get off. What's awesome is how it's obstructing my view for driving safely.

I have never gotten such good service from a bank in my life (long). I inherited this account and the staff made the transition as easy and smooth as possible. They always recognize me and there is rarely a wait. But that's just the beginning. I am living overseas for a year, and the staff at California Bank and Trust have gone out of their way to help me with everything from taking my tenants' rental payments, to smoothing out the difficulties with my credit card. It's a zero transaction fee credit card, great for overseas, so I was very sad when it was blocked for security reasons. As I write this, Olga is doing her best to get that all squared away, balancing high security with my needs. I am so grateful to the whole team.

I've been banking here for years and over time the bank has improved and improved. I started with a personal account and by now I have multiple business, personal and savings account with them. The staff has been there for years (little turnover) which makes for a personal experience every time I go in. Steven is a newer banker and I recently worked with him and he is professional, thorough and follows up when he says he will. I have a busy schedule so I really appreciate the personalized attention they provide. They're currently remodeling the interior and exterior and I look forward to the new modern look. The only reason I gave a 4 is because there are elements to their banking systems that seem old school and could use some technological advancements, but they have always been open to my feedback and I constantly see progress.

mobile banking app is terrible. Using an iphone 12 and never accepts image of checks. I use a well lit surface, dark background and these are trusted business checks which never go through due to inability to capture check image. Prior app for this bank used to work with no problem. so frustrating that after 15 years I am exploring a new business banking direction.

I would like to thank and compliment Steven Ayala for his time and great service helping me set up my business checking account. According to the CA Department of Real Estate, I needed to open up an account with very specific and confusing titling instructions and he was able to get exactly what I needed to stay compliant. He went the extra mile by staying 30 minutes past closing time to finish getting my account opened successfully. Definitely an asset to your staff, and absolutely an asset to my own list of business partners. Thank you, Steven!!

The absolute worst bank... they will go out of their way to charge you fees. Even though I opted out of overdraft Protection 2 weeks later they were back at it paying my overdrafts and charging $36 for Insufficient funds. The only thing that caused me an overdraft was the endless Overdraft fees. This bank will Change the order of your debit card purchases so they can cause you to have NSF's then they hit you with a staged overdraft. Stay Away from this bank they won't respond to your calls or requests for answers on why they are removing money from your account. Any bank that depends on fees to make a profit will never be trustworthy.

I have to pay rent with a cashiers check every month, so I'm here once a month. I'll say amongst the staff I've had some weird instances with bringing my dog in- but there is one associate here- Brandon. He's always friendly, I've seen him and heard him give great treatment to everyone whenever I'm here, and I'm lucky to be served by him. If you need something quick done in your bank, and you want it done by someone quick and nice, Brandon is your guy.

This is the best bank around....they go way out of their way to help. They truly care and are professional. The management is exceptional, you can tell by the attitude and team work between the employees. I love this bank, it has a real community feel. All the tellers and managers are kind, caring, efficient, professional and all around fantastic.

I have three children with disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and autism, and they need healthcare, especially during a pandemic. As a result of California Bank and Trusts reporting method, I can't get healthcare for my children. A California Bank & Trust representative, informed us, that $245 is more important to California Bank and Trust, than the lives, and healthcare of three children with disabilities, during a pandemic. This bank has the worst customer relations. We were referred to as "you people" the first day we were in contact to open a business checking account. While "the stay at home order" for California was in place we were required to come into the bank to sign papers and the cleanliness violations were too many to count. I was asked to yell my PIN number aloud across the bank for the teller to use my debt card for a transaction. I also was told you use Alan's personal bank computer to sign up for mobile banking as he walked away from his station I was left at the computer alone. This is such a security risk I can't believe this bank is still operation. Alan was incredibly sexist to my girlfriend and business partner and Mona's attitude was very short and rude from the start of this terrible relationship. Never bank with them.

The people who help you at this bank and this beach are friendly, professional, and helpful. I have rarely had an issue that needs a human to help but when I have, I'm grateful to bank here. The office clean. The service is bar none the best. They have gone out of their way to help me and my business. I'm happy I choose this bank.

Poor excuse for a bank. Opened bank account 10 days ago for my monthly direct deposit. Everything is good until Juan tells me the fraud department closed me for too many inquiries on my credit. I like to use a variety of banks that offer credit builder programs. They don't want you to have any other bank. It's called shopping around. And I had $10 in my account and the hassle to close the account and get the money that was owed to me. Which is cash. A hold on cash. Bye bye CBT. Learn how to be on the customers side
