I came here as a walk-in to get some finger printing done. Shahin was so kind, funny, and efficient that I referred my friend, who also had a great experience! The services were also much more affordable than other locations I checked like the UPS store. Definitely returning for future needs.

SUMMARY OF DETAILS BELOW: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They do not act in the best interest of their clients! My parents made the mistake of going to Shahin Setayeshgar, at the beginning of March, to file their taxes. They provided her with the IRS EIP document and mentioned to Shahin that they did not receive the credit. Instead of Shahin filing a Recovery Rebate Credit, which would have made her MAIL in the taxes, she decided to select they did receive the credit so that she can continue with e-filing, to her benefit, and not her client's. When I asked her why she did not MAIL the forms in, she said it takes 3 weeks for the IRS to receive the taxes, which would then be considered late - WHICH IS NOT TRUE. As long as the postal stamp is dated before April 18th, the taxes would not have been considered late. When I asked her why the documents were not mailed for the second time, she said she no longer wanted to talk to me and called in her next client. Now, we have to figure out how to go about amending their taxes. I will make sure we report this firm (using form 14157), as they do not work in their client's best interest, but in what is convenient for them.

Easy, breezy service. I worked with the lady named Shahin. She was fabulous. She really knows her stuff. I brought my tax headaches to her, and she assured me all was going to be ok. She was really good at figuring stuff out and getting back to me when she said she was. Great follow-up. Her prices are fair and competitive. I will be coming again next year. I've recommended all my friends and family as well. Highly recommend ! Their location is easy to find in Central Clairemont off Balboa.

Shahin has helped my family with insurance through the years. My son just relocated to CA and had his first experience buying a car. I connected him with Shahin and she was patient with his inexperience and walked him through the process. I find her to be efficient, professional and kind. A good resource is worth their weight in gold.
