I had an amazing experience working with Diana. I was able to send her my design and reference photos and she elevated it to perfection. On the day of my appointment she went over the design and we tweaked the design to just add a little color. Diana is a true artist and her work is fantastic. This was my first tattoo and I couldn't have been happier with my experience and my tattoo.

I am blown away by how wonderful my experience with artist, Jill Hollingsworth was. She was simply a lovely person to talk to during my tattoo sitting. I love the work she put into the tattoo of my dog, Skippy. She worked so quickly and intently, she's amazing to watch. Moreover, she has a light hand, I actually dozed off a few times during my session . Her station was very clean and organized which I appreciate immensely. The studio itself was very cute and well done, everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend Jill! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Kori at Buju tattoo is my go to artist! He's now done 5 tattoos for me (one is in the works but looks amazing so far) and 3 for my wife. He's professional, so sweet, and his work speaks for itself. His lines are super clean and color is always packed in solid. My tattoos by Kori are my favorites! Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid tattoo by a really cool person!

I'm in love with my new peonies by Chanel Emery. We adjusted the size and placement a couple of times and she was very sweet about it. Pain was minimal and I'm very happy with how it turned out!

I had my eyebrows done by Jeanie and was charged $700 for a 45 minute session. I was not impressed at all with the results once healed, despite following the after care instructions. I’ve had my brows done before elsewhere and was charged a fraction of the price with far better results. I was anxious to get a touch up only to find out that it was not included in the price and would be an additional $100. If you’re looking for permanent makeup, there are places in San Diego that offer way better value for money so I’d skip this place.

This was without a doubt my best experience being tattooed. Julianna was warm, extremely professional, and is phenomenally talented at what she does. I felt so comfortable and confident I would be listened to, I had no doubt I would leave with exactly what I was looking for. I have found my forever tattoo shop!

I can't say enough about this shop. The shop is super cute first of all. Aesthetic on point! I am pretty tattooed and have generally gone to shops that are male dominated. This is not that. The majority of the artists are women. And they are TALENTED! The shop is LGBTQ+ welcoming and they have done fundraisers for trans kids. So they literally put their money where their mouth is. All the ladies (and a few gents- Kori!!) are kick ass and I can't wait to sit with Chanel again in a few weeks!!

Got a small tattoo from Itzel for her Barbie flash event! She had a bunch of cute styles that I loved. She was really professional and kind, especially because it was my first tattoo ever and I was super nervous. The tattoo looked great and still does weeks later!

Love the vibe at Buju. Everyone was super nice and kind. It was a calm and inviting environment. Sometimes it’s nerve racking going into a new tattoo shop, but not at Buju. Briana did my tattoo and it’s beautiful! I will definitely be back for another. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

I continued my spine tattoo with David. He was amazing. Not only did he do a great job, but I absolutely loved the atmosphere there. Everyone was so nice. I love my tattoo and will be back for more. My experience with BUJU Tattoo was absolutely amazing. Everyone at this shop is so friendly and welcoming. If I could give Chanel 10 stars I would. She is an incredibly talented artist and pays attention to all the details to make sure your tattoo is exactly what you want it to be. Not only is she great at what she does, but she also is so kind hearted. I adore her and will definitely be back to be tattooed by her again. Highly recommend this shop!

I have gotten 4 tattoos at Buju and each one has turned out perfectly. The shop is very nice, clean, esthetically pleasing and everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming. Jill is the best! I've been to 2 other places in SD and had eh or horrible experiences. but Jill makes everything about the tattoo process and experience so easy and enjoyable! Shes super easy to talk to and worth with. highly recommend her!!!
