This the worst excuse I've ever seen for customer service. Over 20 people in a line that snakes through the store and only one girl checking anyone out. After 15min of waiting in line, a second girl came to help. Except this one decides to have a full on conversation about every single piece of clothing someone is buying and then proceeds to take pictures with the customer. She helped that ONE person to the FIVE the other girl did. I had about $150 in merchandise in my hand that I put back on the rack and walked out after waiting over 30min in line. DO BETTER

Tried to charge for something twice, sold me broken shoes, and paid nothing for my clothes. Don't recommend

Moved to PB a couple of years ago and have been selling/shopping with the Buffalo Exchange here since. Unfortunately as of recent, I have taken a laundry basket into the store with excellent free people, urban outfitters, and ragged items. Not one item has been selected the past 3 times I've gone. I have collected clothes from vintage markets AND I even donated a shirt I bought from the store itself a couple weeks before. Still, nothing is selected. The racks have many items from SHEIN as well- which is unfortunate and confusing as to why they are so particular but will buy items with such low quality. I don't think there is any consistency which is sad and disappointing. Will not be heading back to sell or buy here. I support second hand shopping- but not at this location anymore.

I understand that Buffalo Exchange does not give you a lot of money for your stuff, but oh my god was this not good. They ended up buying a lot of my items, but for such a low price. Also, the employees seem to not know much about specific brands/what they're worth/etc. I brought an authentic designer leather jacket and they only offered me $10 for it. Above all, some of the employees will make fun of your items in front of you -- really unprofessional. I believe they bought maybe 10 or 11 items from me and only offered me $70 in store credit ($35 cash). I took it because I needed to get rid of the items anyways. Absolutely don't come here if you think you're going to get any money. I have sold to Buffalo Exchange before in a different town. While they didn't buy too many of my items at that time, they at least explained why. I feel like the employees go off of "Would I wear this?", rather than what sells best, what brands people look for, and overall trends. The store is full of Forever 21, Shein, Amazon, and Cider brands. Such an inconsistent business model. We also saw leather shoes being hung up by a clip, which destroys the shoe. Probably won't come back here again.

I don't know I wasn't really feeling it here. I came to sell clothes this past Sunday around 1130am and waited about 40mins until they finally saw me. It's crazy because you never really know what exactly these "buyers" are looking for. Their styles and body types are so different from mine that it makes me feel like it's based off of what is "in style" to them...and most times it's always a punk rock, winged eyeliner, chuck Taylor with church socks wearing worker with a whatever attitude...anyways after that long ass wait this girl did not take not even one of my items...which was a slap in the face to me because they had some funky ass looking things in that store and I had a pretty wide selection of clothing from dresses, blouses, pants, shorts, sweaters, jackets, etc. and plus sizes too. Honestly, it's not even worth it to shop or sell clothes. The clothing is way too damn expensive for a second hand store. Better off going to a Goodwill or Salvation Army for some vintage threads.

waited for 2 1/2 hours after being told the wait was 30 minutes over the phone for them to choose 4 items of lululemon and vuori out of my large bag of clothes and offered $19 for clothes totaled at over $200 together. biggest waste of time ever!!

Your better going off to Plato’s closet for selling and buying. Wast of time!

If I could, I would rate this store selection, service, and experience zero stars. They don't even unfold all the items you bring in to sell before simply "passing" on the item. I do understand that it is a resell shop, and as such, should serve more than one particular fashion style. They sadly do not, so I will not return to sell or buy. Plato's Closet is a far better use of your time.

I used to go to this location all the time to sell my clothes but for the past year I’ve noticed a huge change in the style of clothing they take. It used to be all types of up cycled clothing now it’s ONLY what’s “in” or “in season” which doesn’t work for me. For the girlies who still have a little basic/ modern look or athletic attire such as Lululemon, can’t really go here anymore. On top of that, some sellers are great but I’ve noticed the managers have a bit more attitude and are a lot more strict on clothing sells/exchanges.

Used to have designer, vintage items mixed in with regular stock. Lately I see ugly used junk @ $$$.

Being that I've been to multiple of the locations of this store in the past years, today will be my last day coming to this one specific. And, if you think that maybe you should check it out, don't waste your time. Go to the Hillcrest location. Maybe it's the fact the manager has changed, but I wouldn't necessarily just put it on that. The service is trash here. The "buyers" judge your clothes off of what they would wear, and not what the store could use for hood stock. And, you can tell by their inventory being so inflated by nothing anyone wants to actually buy. "Vintage" reprints, T shirts that Zumiez sells for cheaper on their sales rack brand new, and shoes no one cares to stop to even take a look at. They don't greet you when you walk in like they used to, just continue to carry on the conversations with the other workers there about weekend plans, or life outside of work. The snotty attitude, side eyes, and comments like you aren't standing right in front of them are funny to hear because it's a customer service based business. I understand fashion is subjective to the person, but if your whole staff is dressed in hot topic throw aways that don't even go together, don't hire them to do this job. Lastly, I said buyers up there with quotes because they don't even know the brands of the stuff they are purchasing. They passed on an $80 shirt I brought in because a tiny little hole that would go unrecognized if you were wearing it, just to buy a Harley shirt off of me with stains, hole, neck line tattered. Tactic makes no sense. Don't waste your time here.

I've been familiar with Buffalo Exchange for over 20 years and it seems to get more difficult to sell and trade. Standing in line watching buyers pass up great items even though their stock is looking rundown and hate to say it ugly. Seriously, who's going to wear that alien or a corduroy Brixton sweater. Don't waste your time selling here they only take ugly sweaters and make ugly faces while checking your clothes.

I've tried giving the benefit of the doubt so many times, but am still let down by the service. The buyers are so snotty, and very rude. The saddest part is I used to work here at this specific location years ago, and it was such a warm and friendly environment. Hopefully the company will take action on training their employees to be friendly at bare minimum.

USED TO BE affordable. Nowadays you’re better off buying new which really sucks. Honestly just way overpriced. This spot used to be where you could find a gem ? for a really good deal.Even if price didn’t matter — I’ve gone 3 times recently & haven’t been able to find any cute graphic spaghetti strap tanks or pants in my style. So, empty handed each time. Bummmmmmmer.

I came in with a whole bag of super high end clothes in great condition- one of the sweaters I had brought in was one I had actually gotten at that store. The sales associate who was helping me looked at each piece with a disgusted look on her face. The funny part is, everything I had brought in looked nicer than the actual clothing on the racks. I would not recommend selling or shopping here.
