Don't donate to this thrift store. Prices are higher than most of the thrift stores around and their staff and who ever keeps training them are very indifferent and uncaring!Almost looking like a group of students making the money on what people been donating to them.!There's a lot of used stuff, being sold for half price of brand new in a store . (Clothing specially)Donate somewhere else.Been there for a year, and lately Kenzie staff member joined the mentality of other staff members .

Just another for profit scammy thrift store. No returns only exchanges. No fitting rooms so you can’t even see if stuff looks good. Oh and I couldn’t even exchange my item because the tag fell off even though I had the receipt. Will NOT be going back other than to get my money back in exchanges.

Mr. Jared is the rudest store owner and I don't recommend this slumshop to anyone. The clothes have mites and my BFF found fentonyal on the floor gave it to a worker who pocketed it. Real junk drawer

Have came here multiple times. Unfortunately returns are for store credit only. Who’s going to buy a used overpriced washing machine for $400 and figure out it doesn’t work and then want to spend the $400 in store credit only? All the electronics they say are tested but a nice couple I know bought a tv there and would overheat after a few minute because not very extensive tests were done on the items and then again stuck with a $50-100 store credit again… Lots of broken items. Lots of eBay priced items, whoever is doing the pricing is insane! Just go to the goodwill next door. Abby a manager also tried to help me with an item, a chair with bent feet on the bottom. (I simply asked if they could bend the wheeled legs back as I did not want to do it myself for the liability of breaking the chair if I did it myself) however answer was a stern NO, then asked if I still wanted it, and I replied I would not want to buy a broken chair that they probably shouldn’t even be selling. And then they immediately put the broken chair back out for sale! No disclaimer about any bent feet to the next prospective buyer. Never got a straight answer as to how their for-profit/non-profit works, not very many details about it on their website? Not sure how legit it is, at least goodwill has detailed documents as to how donations and money from them will be used toward a real non-profit. Overall weird looks and negative vibes from this place. I miss the nice little market that used to be their and would have rather had that survive through covid instead. UPDATE: the chair is still there, same price and same bent wheels on it and looked even more used. #broken

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here on Monday and learned of the return policy while walking out the door. The man working said all I needed was the tags on the item and within five days. I returned within five days with tags still on my items and this high and mighty gal working there, Abby, tells me about needing the receipt and that the man checking me out circled it. That didn't happen. I understand policy and that returns need to be handled in a certain way, however the things she stated to me that happened (ie the reciept being circled and me told I need it for a store credit return) didn't occur. I feel as though I should have been allowed just this once to get a return for STORE CREDIT (not even money back) since this didn't happen. Also, as I was walking out she huffed under her breath "Merry Christmas" which I found really unprofessional and inappropriate. I maintained composure the entire time speaking to her and she got snotty when I asked for her name and the male's name that works there. Some thrift store.

If prices close to brand new at the store is your jam, this spot is for you. Whoever is in charge of pricing is high on something! 9.99 for a used T-Shirt? DVD set inside the case for 29.99? It’s like somebody is looking at eBay and saying yeah new ones sold for that so why don’t we just try pricing it there. Oh here’s the best part. They’ll have tags that say in two weeks it drops 25%, in three weeks it drops 50%, in four weeks drops 75%. I had my eye on an item and the next day it was supposed to go to 75% off. I went to the store the night before, was there at closing to make sure I wouldn’t waste a trip the next day, and the item was still there. Went back in in the morning the next day at opening and it’s somehow sold. Gee I wonder who bought it? Probably the employee who over priced it so high that no one wanted to buy it at full price, quarter price, half price, etc.If I was the owners of this thrift, that’s a stretch calling at the thrift, I’d take a hard look at whoever is doing their pricing model. The item should go out at half of what this person thinks that they should go out at. Some charity.Avoid this store at all costs!

The prices are way too much for a thrift store. 10$ for a shirt and 10$ for one piece of retro Tupperware.. 10$ for an old frame … goodwill has much better prices.

Remember thrift stores in the early 2000s? Like it was an actual treasure hunt? Good finds mixed in with literal garbage. This place has those vibes. Well, their pricing is definitely more modern but what place doesn’t have crazy pricing these days. They put out a lot of stuff that goodwill would just toss, which is very appreciated!!!I always donate here instead of goodwill because I actually see the items I donated out on the floor. With goodwill they sell the good stuff online or put it in a store that isn’t local. So again, very much appreciate that. Some of the pricing is so high on random items. Right now they have 2 dozen empty beer bottles selling for $1.99 a piece(????) it would be cheaper to buy the bottles with the beer still in it lmfao. But then you’ll find a discontinued build a bear for 5% of the price it’s selling for online. So sometimes their random pricing sucks and sometimes it’s a win. As I said, it’s a treasure hunt. But if you’re like me and seem to gravitate towards stuff most people don’t want anything to do with, then I would definitely give this place a shot. Weird finds and nice layout.

Great location, right next to a goodwill. Never seem to find anything next door, but always great finds at this little mom and pop thrift shop. Nice staff. They have furniture and other things besides just clothes and shoes, although they have a lot of clothes and shoes too. Good variety of things

Just an FYI, I just tried to return a three dollar household colander that wouldn't fit in my pan and they refused to take it back. They were rather rude about it. things in there are rather expensive. just watch the return policy you can only return clothes and electronics and the clerk when I bought the stuff said things were returnable within five days but on the receipt, it is clear that they won't take everything back. I would avoid this thrift store manager was no help at all.

Overpriced items forsure!! Not sure why, but you can find a okay item here and there. I will say employees are very nice as well.

Extremely high prices for a thrift store. They seem to favor basic brands so, a 'roxy' tee will be priced $3 higher than all other tee shirts, which started at $8. Was really excited to find a small business thrift, but not likely to return because just too expensive. Staff was friendly.

Bridge thrift is very organized, however, the prices just seem really high to me. It was clean though, that's a plus.
