“Amazing experience! There was an issue with the sizing of the dress I ordered and Carolina the manager was absolutely amazing and so helpful and wonderful and kind! They were so understanding and helpful every step of the way!!”

“Overall the White Flower did a very good job with my bridal gown alterations. Mary, my seamstress, was great to work with, and the hem and bustle on my gown looked amazing and stayed secure throughout my wedding and reception. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other alterations shops in the area. One frustrating part of the experience though was the amount of appointments - I had 4 total just to get a hem and bustle done - and there was a lack of flexibility to move the appointments when needed. Since I moved to San Francisco towards the end of my wedding planning process it was hard for me to schedule times to get to San Diego for my appointments, and I didn't feel that the White Flower was sensitive or accommodating to that. But besides this, they got the job done well and took good care of my gown, and I'm grateful for Mary's hard work to help me look my best for my wedding!”

“Lucy Pearl Bridal was the first shop that I went to for my wedding dress, and although I did not end up choosing one of their dresses, I had the most incredible experience. The space is so intimate and inviting. Ariana was so kind and welcoming throughout the entire appointment. My sister had passed away three weeks prior to my appointment and, naturally, I was having a hard time. When I told Ariana this, she gave me a hug and talked with me. I cannot emphasize how supportive and kind she was; not just to me, but also to my family who attended the appointment with me. I ended up finding the most perfect dress, it was just not my size (I am a bridal size 0, the dress was a bridal size 12). I still wanted to make it work and Ariana and Lauren went out of their ways to help. Ariana told Laurent the situation and they were able to offer a discount for the dress. After the appointment, Lauren offered to take the dress to a seamstress to find out if altering the dress to my size was possible/what the price would be. She was texting with me throughout the day with updates. Mind you, I had not spent any money. I had not spent money to place the dress on hold, yet, they still worked to help get me the dress. At the end of the day, I ultimately decided against purchasing the dress and getting it altered. I was so nervous to let Lauren know, but she was completely understanding of the situation; regardless of the fact that her and Ariana went out of their ways to assist me and I did not end up buying the dress. If there is any shop to recommend, it is Lucy Pearl Bridal. Their dresses are gorgeous, but the service is unmatched. Lauren and Ariana made this experience so wonderfully perfect and I could never thank them enough. If you are looking for your wedding dress, give Lucy Pearl a chance. It is the most perfect bridal shop.”

“Anne is just so wonderful!Firstly, her studio is so aesthetically beautiful and centrally located. The dresses she has curated in her space are one of a kind, with gorgeous textures and shapes.I was shopping for a wedding dress for my 10-year vow renewal in Provence. And, full disclaimer, as am also in the wedding industry I am exposed to so many wedding dresses. However, Anne's shop was my first and only choice knowing her fashionable aesthetic.After speaking to her about my overall vision for my vow renewal and having a short look around, she picked out a handful of dresses for me to try on. Her knowledge about the designers she carries, fabrics, fits, etc helped me so much!I ended up buying a beautiful Chana Marelus Hellen gown, such a unique dress that complimented my venue perfectly!After seeing a photo shoot she posted a couple months after I bought the Hellen, I had to go back in to try on the iconic Aneis gown, also by Chana Marelus. “I brought my wedding dress here upon recommendation of the dress shop to get the hem raised, the hook and eye closure repaired, and a customization added to the straps of the dress. I am so pleased with the results! Not only does the dress look incredible, the owners and the seamstress were so kind and professional during the whole experience. They were also so sweet and accommodating when I brought my six year old daughter with me to a couple appointments. I went in for 3-4 separate appointments including the consultations and trying on after alterations and I was met with the same friendliness and professionalism. It's clear that they all take great pride in their work and I'm extremely happy with the results of my dress. I would recommend them to anyone in need of formal alterations for bridal and prom!!

“First and foremost EVERYONE who works here has been such a delight to work with. Buying your wedding dress is one of the most important and stressful aspects of your wedding. I went in having no idea what I wanted and in fact bought a dress because I just wanted to be done with the process. A few weeks later I had a huge cloud of regret because I didn’t spend the time really trying to lock in what I wanted. I called the store crying my eyes out because I signed a contract for my dress. Everyone there was so kind and understanding and while they don’t always do this they worked with me and allowed me to purchase another gown.

They genuinely just wanted me to be happy with my choice and I could really feel that. I live in Ventura county and obviously Here Comes The Bride I in San Diego so it was always a journey for me to go in and do fittings but they always worked with my schedule and accommodated me in every way they could. Their selection of dresses is overwhelming. They have so many for every type of bride. Rebecca and Shelly are my absolute favorite people. They both took so much care in getting me and my dress ready for my wedding. My dress fit like a glove when I picked it up.

A little BONUS they also have two resident kitties that will help you pick your dress ;) they aren’t always out but sometimes they will come say hello and as a cat mom myself this sealed the deal for me. The rescued these little guys and give them a warm shelter which just shows me how big the hearts of all the staff really are. If you’re not a fan of cats they will make sure they don’t come out to join you on your fitting.
